ONE LABS Avis 

I’m so glad I’ve found an Australian company with custom products to replace a custom shampoo line I was using from the US. I love the packaging and the overall branding, and I’m happy that the bottles are made from recycled materials and are themselves recyclable. Also pleased that dispatch and delivery was so quick! I waited <1 week as opposed to the 1 month wait from the US company!

I’ve really enjoyed using the shampoo and conditioner so far - they look great in my bathroom and they smell lovely. The conditioner is my favourite, it makes my hair really soft. My only criticism is that I think the shampoo could have a better lather - using Adelaide water it takes a lot of shampoo to clean. For this reason I think I would like the option to buy different size bottles Eg. Bigger shampoo and smaller conditioner.

I’m looking forward to checking out future products, especially the custom skincare line!

Brilliant customer service. Wonderful scent. My hair has the most beautiful sheen without it being weighed down. It also sits beautifully - bouncy but in a neat and tidy way (hard to explain but in other words my hair looks amazing!). Usually after using a shampoo for a few weeks a get sores on my scalp but this hasn’t happened with this shampoo and conditioner. If I use natural shampoo, my hair usually becomes staticky, dry and brittle. If I use commercial shampoo my hair usually becomes heavy with all the silicones. Very happy with One Labs!!

Very fast delivery, love this shampoo and conditioner, makes my hair nice and soft, love the fact I get to choose my smell of them both. Highly recommend these.

I'm allergic to most of shampoos in the market which usually cause itchiness on my skin. I randomly found Onelabs on instagram and decided to give it a try. Not gonna lie, I'm totally in love with it! It's not only reducing the scalps but also making my hair less frizzy and making it look shinier than before. I love the floral scent and will definitely recommend this to everyone!

Pros:
- Local business
- Bang for your buck: it’s a very reasonable price for a good quantity
- Smells incred! My partner’s nose is permanently lodged in my hair and he has said multiple times that this scent is the best he’s ever smelled. I ordered the Lily and White Rose scent.
- Nice packaging and made from recycled materials.

Cons:
- It barely lathers so I’m never quite sure if I’ve gotten shampoo on my scalp or not. I found that washing my hair upside down actually helped it lather more so I’ve been doing that.
- With my previous shampoo, I could wash my hair as little as twice a week and my hair was still in amazing condition. This shampoo makes my hair actually clump together after 3 days and it feels grimey at the roots so I have to wash my hair more often than before.

Really beautiful products, the custom shampoo and conditioner I got have been amazing for my hair and leave my hair smelling amazing! The packaging looks beautiful in my shower and is really great quality. Really big bottles for the quality and price - so worth it!

After using my “customed” design shampoo and conditioner for more than 2 weeks i now struggle with very oily hair. I had normal hair with a dry scalp. But now after using this product my hair feels oily and dirty even directly after a wash.

First product I've tried that actually manages my oil hair really well. I've always had oily hair and tried many products with no luck in keeping it in check. The result with One labs shampoo and conditioner were immediate and my partner won't stop touching my hair. It's super smooth.

I have really bad skin allergies and it's nearly impossible to find shampoo and conditioner that is free of propylene glycol, artificial fragrance and essential oils, so I was so relieved when I found one labs. I was prepared for the product to be substandard because it is missing so many ingredients that all other shampoo has, but infact it is better than any other I have tried. Thank you 😊

One Labs website is so easy to use and so simple!! I just received the bundle 2 days ago and I can already see a difference!! I am definitely changing my go to to this! When they say customisable, it truly is to your needs and to your preferences!! The only feedback that I will leave is that the bottle is overfilled and when adding the pumps in, it lost a big chunk and that the purple pigment, because I picked anti brassiness isn’t as pigmented as I have had that worked for me.

Really love the idea of custom-made hair products! The shampoo and conditioner that was designed for me helped me achieve my exact hair goals. Plus, being able to choose the colour and scent of the product makes it a whole lot more fun!

Exactly as described, this product works extremely well, can't believe the difference compared to supermarket brands.

Makes my hair so soft, which is great considering I said my hair was dry and brittle, oh and smells great.
Only thing is I wish the shampoo lathered up a bit more

It is really good, noticed changes from the first use! The smell is lovely too ^^ The only annoying thing was that it was quite overfilled and I couldn't put the pumps into the bottles without making a huge mess ㅠㅠ
