Nice product but not for me
The service was good. The product came really quickly and it was easy to order. However, I don't like the shampoo. It makes my hair lank and oily. The conditioner is good though.
This could be a reflection of the formula rather than the company though!

Love the product
Love the product, but it’s just a bit too thick. Smells great. Leaves my hair feeling great. The size of the bottles is perfect to fit on the shelf in my shower.

Great Shampoo & Conditioner
I love that their shampoo and conditioner is completely customisable and it’s personal to you and your hair needs. The quiz is easy to fill out and you get to pick your own scent and colour too! My hair looked and felt great after using.

Oh my gosh! My shampoo and conditioner from ONE LABS is absolutely amazing!!! This is the only custom shampoo and conditioner that caters to my needs and leaves my hair feeling beautiful and soft all the way up until my next wash day. Couldn’t recommend more

Pleasantly surprised
The website was so straightforward and easy to use, the question were all relevant and made me feel like they would actually make a difference to my products and the products were decently priced. The only reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars is because I have a very sensitive scalp and felt like it wasn't as much of a focus on that as I would have liked but I liked everything else.

Glad to hear you had a good experience with our hair care quiz! Here are some of our tips for optimising our quiz to receive a formula catered to a sensitive scalp:
- Select "Always" when asked if you have a sensitive scalp. (We can see that you did this which was great. Your duo would have had a gentle formulation as a result.)
- Select "Soothe Scalp" as one of your hair goals (We see that you did this as well. Your formulation would have had cleaning and moisturising ingredients that relieve the discomfort caused by an irritated scalp.)
- Select no colour for your duo as colours can contain some common culprits for irritation.
- Select no fragrance as some fragrance ingredients can do the same.

best smelling shampoo & conditioner
it's such good quality!! i look forward to using it every time i wash my hair. it smells absolutely amazing like i want to bath in its scent. it uses good ingredients and i trust it!! i have curly hair (like 3a) and i've found that it works really well and my hair loves it (mind that ive only been using it for like 3 weeks). i comes in cute bottles and is really easy to use! can not recommend enough.

Sad it didn’t give me the best results
Shampoo came quickly and smells divine but my hair absolutely hates it, it’s so dry and straw like after using. I’ll finish the bottles because I hate waste but a bit sad that they didn’t give me the awesome results I’d hoped!

I love the process and the visuals both…
I love the process and the visuals both from a marketing perspective and the end product. Genuinely feel like it is tailored to my needs. Only slide issue is I don't feel like I get a satisfying lather, but maybe I'm used to using too much, be my particular combination doesn't lather as well.

As for the lathering of the products, we don't use sulphates in our products and we've found that non-sulphate hair care tends to lather less than products that do contain sulphates. We will be working on this component in the future though!

I am so impressed with my new shampoo and conditioner!! Firstly, LOVE the packaging. Recycled bottles, recyclable box & even instructions on recycled paper. I don’t need anything else in my pack & I love that it had no extra fancy things that would just go in the bin.
Secondly, i have finally found personalised hair care and I don’t need to have it shipped from the US. But not just that…it actually works!! I have been searching so long for this product. I tried and tested many popular Australian brands only to be disappointed. After using personalized hair care from 2018-2020 I found nothing Else worked for me, however I didn’t have many options or they were extremely expensive. I am still new to this product and do need to give my hair time to adjust however even just after one wash, I am SOLD. I can feel my hair is becoming the way it used to be. Healthy!! Happy to review again in the next few months. Thank you again 1Labs, I am one seriously happy customer.

I have always spent big amounts on shampoo n conditioners. My hair is thick curly and frizzy. And onelab came through with the goods. My hair is now soft looking healthy. Now just need to tame the frizz more.. and make the curls pop...

The product left me with a sort of film on my hair, it made it look greasy but to the touch my hair felt like butter.

Great shampoo and conditioner!
Since my original review (below) the company reached out and activated their 100% customer satisfaction guarantee - meaning they sent me a new set of shampoo and conditioner with a much improved formula!
(previous review): The fragrance and reduction in brassiness is amazing but unfortunately the formula makes my hair greasy very quickly and the conditioner is very runny and hence difficult to apply.

Regarding the issues with your conditioner- this is certainly not how a conditioner should behave. You should have an email yesteday afternoon from one of our team members about this matter but I will reply here too so that the information is public. We had an issue appear out of nowhere a few months back after we launched in November, where the temperatures experienced in transit made some conditioners watery. In some cases, we believe this lead to the conditioners depositing more conditioning ingredients than it should have. These types of stability issues occur commonly in the cosmetics industry but we're happy to report that we implemented a fix for this particular issue and after a few customers had reported around the same time you did.
