The plumber misdiagnosed the leak, couldn’t shut off the water, and charged us hundreds for doing nothing; a different plumber fixed it properly for less money and far less drama from a different company. Customer service is abysmal and in fact non-existent.

We requested a refund based on the horrendous experience we have had with this company, they are extremely inflexible and do not offer timely and customer-based solutions. The individual plumber on the telephone interrupted us whilst we were discussing the issues experienced by us and then proceeded to put the phone down. Absolutely do not use this company, even if you have an emergency.

Baz arrived at our property at 2am to to repair a leak in our loft he was very efficient and fixed the leak for £250+vat.

Had a crazy blockage that completely backed everything up. Called these guys and they came out fast, found the issue straight away, and cleared it like pros. Can’t recommend them enough – proper lifesavers

I can’t believe I had the pleasure of being served by a well mannered and incredibly knowledgeable young man. He was an absolute breath of fresh air. He fixed my problem with a solution that I couldn’t have thought of. And the after care to ensure everything was still working as it should was amazing. All in all I literally don’t have a bad thing to say about his service or his company.

What scammers this company are. My elderly parents called them out for a leaking water softener in the middle of the night. Callout charge confirmed on the phone but no mention of labour rates. Issue was a simple job, bypass the water softener and wet vac carpet which was soaked. All completed in 32 minutes per the job card. When presented with the invoice the total job was £958 which included callout of £99 (fair enough) but labour at £700!!! I only found out about this the next day and immediately raised with the company who confirmed they would follow their complaints procedure within 15 calendar days, we are now well beyond that and no response. Taking advice from trading standards now on next steps. Also note their company address is a virtual office in London, seems like this company doesn't want to be found or held accountable for ripping off vulnerable people.

Oh and also, they offered me £150 to remove this review, no chance, some of us have a bit of integrity

They did turn up (8h late), and they did fixed the issue. But make sure you get a quote before they start work, (like they are supposed to do). My plumber said he was waiting for head office to send through a quote, and started working. After he finished the 30m job, he said I owed him £360 (Inc vat), which is more then I was expecting for a quick job, and cheap part. I felt they were trying to do the work before providing a quote as a way to charge more, so I wouldn't use again.

Mosh responded to an emergency call out on Saturday. He investigated the leak which was coming from the header tank in the loft. He replaced a faulty stopcock and valve and some pipe work. He was here two and a half hours and behaved with good humour and professionalism.

Moss went to fix my heater and it was 10 out of 10. Fixed and also gave me a couple of tis about the heater. Highly recommend.

Scam service. If you call, they tell you a small amount of call out price to get someone and check your issues. Someone comes and asks for loads of money without even doing a diligence and charge much more afterwards and they just suggest a smaller discount if you prove them you give 5 star review over trustpilot. Try to find a local, trustworthy engineer.

Great emergency service. The plumber was quick, professional, and got everything under control fast. Really glad I called them. 👍
