Rip off prices. Small call out fee followed by £322 to change a single connector. Don't use this company - go elsewhere.

Was ripped off by this company. Do not use them. Paid over £1200.00 for a leak that wasn't fixed. Made multiple calls and sent emails to get it resolved but they made no effort to address the problem. Am about to report them to Rogue Traders. I stand by my previous review and am now looking for at least some of the money back. After multiple calls, no one got back to me. The money was paid in good faith but the water leak did not stop. The first engineer was dismissed and the second didn't turn up to do a dye test. You have my contact details... Do the right thing and refund some money

Their people delayed, promised 1 hour came after 2.They put verbal quote. very overrated, but as you are not pluming expert there is not a choice. Qute for £500 to start to unblock two toilets (connected each other) and stating'we can charge more is is some piping issue'.... At the end working 10 min and being paid as Bill Gates :). It is my mistake did not read the reviews...

Abdul and Auub, came to look at a problem I had with blocked toilet. They explained what they were going to do and what the cost would be. They found the cause and cleared the blockage. They were very very helpful and friendly. I can't thank them enough. Would recommend then both. Great job 👏

Scammer company don't call them no matter what happens with your boiler or water

Didn’t tell me before sending plumber that charge out rate was £450 per hour. So stuck with charge out fee of £68 for nothing. Complete failure to be transparent around pricing - just waiting to trap to customer needing urgent plumbing work. Appalling behaviour - do not use this service.

Very worrying company. Am seeking advice for a family member who was basically charged £486 PER HOUR for a simple plumbing issue. Do NOT use these people.

I had a terrible experience with 247 Rapid Response. Ross repeatedly provided false information about when help would arrive, claiming it would be within 30 minutes, but in reality, it took over two hours. The dishonesty and lack of reliability were unacceptable, especially for an emergency service. Due to this experience, I will be reporting the company to Trading Standards for their misleading practices and failure to deliver on promises. I strongly advise others to be cautious when using this service.

Needed a door supplied & fitted, my gf was the only was on the property at the time. She sorted it out As I was working abroad, They took 7 hours to supply and fit 1 panel door for the bathroom, they charged me 750 pound to supply and fit 1 door of the cheapest quality, frame was already installed they just had to hang one door, the worst part is they didn’t even clean up the mess of dust over the property. do not trust these conmen

We would like to leave a positive review about 247 Rapid Response in regards to the way they dealt with an issue we raised with them following a misunderstanding and miscommunication between ourselves and 247 Rapid Response.
This concern was raised by ourselves as we felt we had been wrongly charged. 247 Rapid Response replied in a timely manner, acknowledging the discrepancies between both parties sequence of events, but were willing to honour out request.
They were apologetic and acknowledged our concerns without being dismissive, even though it went against their policy.
It is clear that they value customer feedback and actually do want to provide good customer service, as well as maintain their high standards.
Having had bad experiences with other companies, it is refreshing to come across a company that values customer service and wishes to offer a certain standard of service that makes customers feel valued.
They were incredibly professional and even though we did not need to use their service in the end, I would still consider using them in the future based on this positive experience. I would also recommend their service and products to other members of the public.

We had multiple issues with our bathroom due to our main contractor for when we were refurbishing our property.We then contacted 247 Rapid Response LTD to inspect our issues & they sent a highly trained and professional engineer to us. The engineer was extremely helpful and gave us crucial advice however we decided to not go ahead with any works due to being tied into a contract with other parties.Overall we had a great experience with Rapid Response and we’ll be contacting them for any future works.
