The process was very easy. I looked online to find someone that was affordable, knowledgeable and who had a program that was easy to understand. They sent a link to my email for us to fill out and send back. The team is currently drawing up the documents and will mail them to us to review and sign. The next step will be a Hearing at the location we chose.

What should have been a simple straightforward divorce turned into a 6-month nightmare. Mistake after mistake made. When I pointed out a fee had already been paid, was documented by them, the young woman told me "It's your divorce. Don't want to pay, don't get divorced.) I found the parent company who supposedly oversaw 3Step. The errors continued. I ended up with a full refund and took over the paperwork myself. My divorce finalized within 2 business days. Sadly, there are other people going through the same disaster and are not able to speak to anyone at 3Step nor get any email responses.

I like the fact you can fill ur paperwork out on line and everything else will follow

This could be a great service but it doesn’t match Colorado law. I could not have it fill out the correct forms as a petitioner/co-petitioner. It kept asking questions as if my ex and I were contesting the divorce. When I asked for a refund because it did not follow the guarantee for accuracy in all states, I was denied.

They did not do anything they promised they offered zero assistance. I did most of everything they did nothing except mail me paperwork. That's all they did. I could never get timely answers. My divorce should've taken a month it took six and now I have another lawyer involved and since I need a legal counsel, I will be suing them for what I spent what I spent on the new lawyer for time. I would not recommend this service if it was your last resort.

I got my paperwork rejected by the court 2 times! I paid for 6 months 168 so they can make sure everything was good to go. My paperwork got rejected 2 times. Its going to almost be a year now. Very frustrating. The location that i was dealing with seems like they hire foreigners who barely understand you which concerned me. They overlooked a lot of things. Got refunded which was a surprise to me and with that money I hired local paralegals to help me which they did. The papers that 3 step filed were incomplete and overkill. My local paralegal completed and fixed everything in a few days and they are already ready to get sent out. I could kick myself for choosing 3 step divorce.

The process of filling out the forms was easy, but the next step seemed extremely complicated. It feels like I need to be a lawyer to understand the steps and how to actually file the paperwork and finalize my divorce. This site claims to have a 100% money-back guarantee, but calling in for one I was rejected. I signed up for this service on a Saturday and their customer service was not available until Monday morning. I called first thing Monday asking for my refund, but no help was to be found. Please be aware of what you are buying. They did not help me at all.

Not through the whole process yet but find it is not as simple as stated. Also while you are doing steps it is repeatedly stated that papers go in to provided envelope to send back. What envelope???

Absolute waste of time and money. They don’t send paperwork like they say they will. Their customer support first not exist, it’s a pager system and the person you get connected to can only “fill out a ticket” which does absolutely nothing. I called multiple time to get an update on status and each time they said they didn’t have a record of my account. They are so bad, even when they finally submitted my petition, they had no idea they did it. They claimed they didn’t know where the papers were. My wife eventually went to courthouse to serve me, and discovered that my paperwork had been submitted! Wasted a lot of time and energy in an already thought time. Oh, and when you call for a refund after all this, the answer is “no, you used our system, no refunds.” Go anywhere else. Anywhere.

I wish it gave you the checklist at the beginning before you paid so you k ow what all information to gather.

The 4 star instead of 5 is because the end process with the filing is not clear with the instructions.

3Step divorce leads you to believe all forms will be ready for filing when completed. This is not the case at all. The forms are filled with the basic information and left unediteable except for the separation agreement. Financial forms and irretrievable breakdown are left completely blank except for the names. So, you must hand write in all that information, because it won't be typed. All of these forms are completely able to be filled out in almost the same manner for free on my state's website. I was hoping for help with wording and technical law jargon, however the areas I needed help with were all left blank. Unable to reach anyone for assistance. So, I have paid $149 for forms I can't use. Why they are allowed to have a service for basically auto-filling in your names and addresses is beyond me.

Process was quick just waiting on a response

I am going through a simple non-contested divorce process with this service, and I can't express how unsatisfied I am with their performance. I paid for the Divorce Court Filing Services. Despite filing and completing the necessary paperwork back in August, my court documents were inexplicably sent to the wrong county, causing significant delays.

To make matters worse, even after my county received the documentation, it was discovered that crucial pieces were missing – pieces that the company was supposed to handle. Again, I opted for the court filing service to avoid any courtroom hassles, but it seems like all my efforts were in vain.

I've tried reaching out to their customer service through multiple calls and emails, but to no avail. Promised call-backs never happened, and all my emails have been blatantly ignored. This has turned what was supposed to be an easy and straightforward process into an ongoing headache.

Save yourself the trouble and frustration; look elsewhere for a service that values your time and actually delivers on its promises. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I'm still grappling with the repercussions of their mistakes. Definitely not recommended.

Signed up then logged in. According to 3 step divorce, once you have logged in your refund is void! About one third of the way through the questionnaire, I realized that my case would not qualify for the method to be used. This is unethical business practice and must be stopped.
