Has been quite a while to come across someone very efficient and good at what they do. Had some questions wanted to clarify as I was trying to sign up and Kay just smashed them all instantly, no 1 instance of 'let me check and get back to you' (I do not mean in anyway negative this way), this just shows she was so on the ball!
The conversation we had should be considered as a training material!

Horrible, worse and utterly crap.

What can I saw about 4th utility? utterly bad, their router is so crap at managing loading across multiple devices its laughable, 1000mbps? more like less than 50mbps and barely got up to 100mbps, tested this with pc plugged in, the speed was horrible. The router keeps going down and disconnecting my phone, pc and other devices, internet drops, constantly needs to be restarted or disconnected and connect again. I had to modify the channels since most of the device wouldnt even pick up.
STAY AWAY FROM 4TH UTILITY. good luck finding someone to speak to, never got my call back even after reporting. just less than 6months i have to move and i had to pay £185.

Excellent service
Abdelrahman and his colleague attended my home today to install the broadband. They listened carefully to where I wanted the router located and installed it in a fast and efficient manner. I could not be happier.

The internet speed is great, never had an issue with them, and the prices with the plans was good too

I have been dealing with a lovely…
I have been dealing with a lovely advisor Nick at 4th Utility. We have had a lot of issues with different things and spoken to multiple advisor’s, who have not sorted the problems and issues out. Nick listened to everything and advised he would be able to sort the problems and he would get back to me. He did exactly that at the time he said he would call. Nick then rang back again a few days later to advise everything was now resolved. It’s been a breath of fresh air dealing with someone who understands, listens and acts. Nicks is a fantastic Customer service advisor and 4th utility need more advisors like him.

Not a great start but..
Switched to 4th Utility. Installation didn't go well as engineer plugged cables incorrectly. First encounter with the Tech Support team didn't resolve the issue. But the next advisor (Ilias) is the reason for the improved rating. Thank you for your help and patience in resolving my WiFi connectivity.
