Easy to set up and there it ends. The broadband was ok once we got extenders around the house, most of the time. Our son found it challenging at times when gaming as there was some lagging. Then it comes to moving house and the service is poor in comparison to other companies. Firstly, you can't do this online, you can only request to move house by ringing them between 9am and 5:30pm. When you explain you want to move house, you are told you can but this will have to start a new 2yr contract. When you request to cancel instead, you have to pay a cancellation fee! How ridiculous! For the record, I would have carried on my contract to see it through to the end of the original 2yrs, but I don't see why moving house should instigate a new contract, basically forcing you to stay with them for another year longer than I wanted to. Poor accessibility, poor structure of contracts. Have now opened up with Sky broadband who will give me money to buy myself out of the contract.
4th utility best deal offered
4thutility are offering the best deal for our postcode that Im aware of. I spoke to Kay about the boxes being moved and Kay has arranged for a call back about this hopefully without charge. The deal offered online is £10 half price for first 6 months. Kay has made me a happy customer by making the deal even sweeter offering the first 6 months free. This seems like a wow deal to me. I hope everything else goes smoothly too. Thank you Kay 🙌

Great Service – Issue Resolved Fast
Nick is a pleasure to speak with. He listened carefully to my issue, showed genuine patience, and resolved it quickly and efficiently.
Excellent Customer Service.
Callum was knowledgeable, understood what I was trying to do as was able to facilitate my requirements, despite long periods of quietness between messages, on my part. The installation is booked for the morning My Partner requested and everything is looking good.

Awful company, but Olu was very helpful
I had an absolute nightmare with 4th utility when they were my wifi providers, nothing but trouble and issues with payments being told I hadn’t paid when I actually had etc, horrific company who I would NEVER use again.
HOWEVER, I’ve now received a bill 7 months after I cancelled my service with them (shock) and called today and spoke to OLU who was very helpful and thankfully managed to resolve this for me by seeing that a credit hadn’t been applied correctly and he has now ensured my balance is infact settled in full. Thank you Olu for your help
