Absolutely awful. They lie and you don't get what you pay for. Our package is 2.3gb. They can only deliver this to one device when they ask you to test. They say their equipment is brilliant. Had to spend £150 on a good modem. Lies. Promised call backs. Nothing fixed. Look else where. What they guarantee on speed is 50% lan. Don't be fooled. Throttling a practice they use to slow your internet down. All my equipment checked only reason for dramatic speed drops is throttling. Verified by 3 engineers. Read the small print

Assistance team is also helpful and nice, Kane was very helpful and kind, WhatsApp contacting needs some improvement tho... But overall... AMAZING ... Highly recommended
