Fast but internet connection drops once or twice a month
I think Toob offers the cheapest fibre to home internet at 900MBps in both uplink and downlink direction. Even after upcoming price increase to £31 per month in April 2027, it is still going to be the cheapest in the market.
However, there is one annoying thing. Sometimes the internet connection gets dropped all of a sudden. It happens once or twice a month. When I took the service in 2023, I used to get an email from Toob notifying me of upcoming service interruption. In one case, when the interruption was a bit longer, I got even monetary compensation. These days, there is no notification, nor any compensation.
So, if you are a prospective customer, bear this in mind that you'll be out of internet service for a couple of hours once or twice a month on average.
However, when the service is available, it offers fantastic speed. We have HD streaming in 3-4 devices simultaneously without any interruption of the high speed file transfer at my home office laptop.
Overall, I am very happy with the service at this price level. I have reduced one star for the occasional connection drops.

Perfect Company, Albeit “Small” - Make them your next provider!
Great service, great router and fantastic customer service agents too. Sadly I don’t recall who I spoke to months ago to get booked in when my other provider was set to end but they were brilliant and so were all subsequent agents with all questions I had. Even the more adept questions I had. I’m now running 2.3 symmetrically and couldn’t be happier.
