I was having great difficulty in returning an item to 4th Utility. However I rang for help with the problem I spoke to a gentleman called Nick he was very helpful and sorted out the problem thank you very much for your help Nick

Mr Tobi was so helpful and answered my request on spot without any delay.
I didn't expect my query will be done in a such way because I had bad experience of one of your employees once I joined you last year.
I am happy and so satisfied with the way Mr Tobi handled my case.

4th Utility really provides a 5* experience! I enquired with them regarding switching my current rolling contract which is very expensive, and they quoted me less than half price for a rolling 30 day contract and first 3 months free!! Chris Thorne called me and was very professional and friendly and explained everything in detail to me. Very happy and would definitely recommend 4th utility!

I didn't have to wait long to be assisted by Callum. Callum was very efficient and professional. The price offered for broadband was very competitive.

Absolutely awful. They lie and you don't get what you pay for. Our package is 2.3gb. They can only deliver this to one device when they ask you to test. They say their equipment is brilliant. Had to spend £150 on a good modem. Lies. Promised call backs. Nothing fixed. Look else where. What they guarantee on speed is 50% lan. Don't be fooled. Throttling a practice they use to slow your internet down. All my equipment checked only reason for dramatic speed drops is throttling. Verified by 3 engineers. Read the small print
