ABW( Henley-on-Thames branch ) went above and beyond planning and supporting us , to organise our Mum's ( Sue ) funeral . It was flawless.
Their kindest , respect and professionalism are outstanding. Laura , James and all the team are excellent.
Brian Shenton led the service . He is calm , clear and professional.
Can not recommend them enough .

My Mother , Sister and I wish to give our heartfelt thanks to Mark our Funeral Director, the pallbearers and Emily from Earley branch for the funeral preparations and giving my late Father such a fitting send off. We are grateful in the way Mark gave my family and friends such a dignified crematorium service making it possible for us and our Priest to say our prayers and bid my Father farewell at the West Chapel in Caversham . Thank you for your professionalism and for offering us your empathy and kind support during a difficult time that was gratefully received.

Jordan was amazing and helped us through the process at what was, obviously, a difficult time. No question or request was ever considered too small. The call from the night before to confirm what would happen,on the day of the funeral ,was well received. The whole team did a great job and I am very grateful x

The funeral director I dealt with helped arrange a funeral that went far better than I could have hoped.

The kindness and compassion they showed towards me at the loss of my mum was second to none. They explained everything to me as regards what they would do for my mum for her final journey and I couldnt have wish for any better. They did exactly what my mum wanted and I can't thank them enough. The staff at A B Walker are just the best.

From start to finish, Laura Moore in Henley ( also a friend of mine) was empathetic, friendly, professional, guiding me through the whole process at the most difficult time of my life, arranging my 28 year old son’s funeral. The guy who lead the car ( sorry I can’t remember his name) was also compassionate and professional, supporting my family at the service.

This is the 3rd time I have used Walkers and I have always found them to be totally professional, empathetic and caring and open to any suggestions or requirements you may have. They deal with all issues respectfully and nothing is too much trouble.

All of the staff are amazing but I found Sue on reception to be able to instantly recognise my feelings and the difficult time I was going through. She displayed such genuine compassion during what was the most difficult time of my life.

Everyone on the day were polite and respectful, Mark calmly talked us through everything that was going to happen and when. Staff who answered the telephone when I first contacted you helped enormously. Arranging a funeral is very stressful, but the staff in the Caversham office made this part easier for my family.

The staff made this dreadful process smooth without complications. whatever I asked was acted upon quickly and without any hint of difficulty. Special thanks to the staff that took my wife away from our home, they were gentle, considerate and their attitude genuinely sympathetic.

ABW have looked after both my mum and my dad in their last journey. …. But they have looked after me and our family too in making the final arrangements so respectfully, professionally and with the utmost care and empathy.
In the toughest of times, which you may be going through if you’re reading this, I cannot recommend their services enough.
