Excellent Service from their Direct…

Excellent Service from their Direct Debit service, we use an integration through the Rest API which was really easy to set-up. All documentation is clear and straight forward steps. We normally raise Support tickets due to data migration from another company we used to have the integration with and to explore capabilities of DDCMS. Ollie Denning in Support Service (and Staff in the Support Service Team) are always giving straight forward solutions and quick replies.

This was a daunting process...

This was a daunting process with so much at stake with switching our Direct Debit partner. The fallout to any incoming payment delays was a worrying risk of switching to Access PaySuite.

Working with Jo to support us through the onboarding process quickly took away the stress and she assisted my Finance and Office Manager through the entire process, making it as painless as it could possibly be.

We're now onboarded, the payments have been coming in quicker and with less financial cost than we had with Go-Cardless. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

I told her I have dyslexic. doesn't mean I am thick just struggle bit more than most.
felt very comfortable all the way through. she even made a special Template for me. best help I have experienced for years

Fraud

I don't know who you are and who gave you access to my bank account, but it's clear that it's fraud. I've stolen the card and I'm going to file a complaint.

Often, payments that look unfamiliar turn out to be for a legitimate service under a different trading name. To help you confirm this, please use our Bank Checker tool here: https://bankchecker.eazycollect.co.uk/search/. It will show the company details behind the transaction.

If you still believe the payment is fraudulent, we recommend contacting your bank immediately to block any unauthorised transactions.

Updating of company details via Access

I really cannot thank Maria and her team enough for working with me and a third party to update the company new name. This process had taken approx 4mths to complete and Maria personally guided us through the process and supported and implemented the changes in time for the April DD payment. In her absence her team stepped up and continued with the communication between the third party and myself. I felt well informed and cared from from the beginning to the end. Thank you Maria, and also to your supportive team.

Access Paysuite has been a breath of fresh air, especially after the disaster we experienced with our previous DDM provider. Maria and the team have been clear, supportive and proactive throughout the entire onboarding and transition process, which made the move incredibly smooth and easy. Excellent Customer Service & Training

Bianca Moodliar provided me with training on the new platform. The way she delivered the training was excellent and very easy to understand. She explained everything very clearly.

Excellent customer service from Bianca

I won't lie, we have had some time consuming and frustrating problems since moving our direct debits to Access DDCMS, but their customer service has improved exponentially in recent weeks. The last time I had need to call I spoke with Bianca whose ability to listen, understand and explain was outstanding. I am feeling more confident using this new system and it is comforting to know that they have some experienced and outstanding Customer Service staff.

Access PaySuite Set-Up

In what was our first experience of the Access Group, having chosen to use their Access PaySuite facility for Direct Debit collection, from start to finish, we found the support (and product) first class. In what was a new product experience for us, Becca Clark from the Onboarding Team was our designated point of contact and 'hand held' us throughout the process. At the outset, she clearly outlined the process, kept up fully updated, her response times were consistently good and nothing was too much trouble. On occasions when Becca was away, other members of the Onboarding Team responded on her behalf. All in all, first class service! (Please note that the experience date quoted is the 'live' date. The process took c.3 months and Becca Clark was supporting us throughout this time)
