I would like to share the experience that i had working with Bianca Moodliar. Myself & my team are new to DDCMS and wanted help on a few things. Bianca was pro-active to reach out to me and did set up a call with us, she did resolve all our queries without time being a constraint. She was extremely helpful and displayed a lot of patience. She is a rockstar. Thanks Bianca.

I recently dealt with Lorand Szazi and Sophie Holland. There were some issues that were our errors and we received amazing support from these two. Access is def a five star company wwith 5 star staff.

I dealt with Connor White.
He was very helpful for a process I knew little about.
Also he used common sense in the whole process and was very easy and relatable to deal with showing a trust on both sides in getting things done correctly and over the line. Great journey. Obviously I did what was best for me as a client/customer running a medium sized charity however Connor was very understanding of this as well

Eloise Hand was gave us brilliant support. We had a long, complicated case that needed additional technical support. Eloise was brilliant throughout and helped us find a good solution. Thank you Eloise for being so professional, friendly and excellent at your job.

Was very helpful and prompt, as some of the requests were at very short notice. If i did have any queries Ioana clarified what need to be done.

Overall a great experience

The team are always very helpful, Jack Trueman was great at explaining the process and helped me navigate the new system to find the information needed.

We're an Access customer and went to them with a problem with our internal processes looking to see whether they could adapt our product. Customer Service was fantastic from Sophie and Ioana took care of the technical side. They were able to hugely streamline our processes, saving myself and colleagues lots of time. They were very thorough, proactive and so approachable and friendly - despite me moving the goalposts slightly halfway through.

Staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble , Zoltan Dukai provided the solution very quickly and followed up with the further checks to ensure our issues resolved completely. I cant fault. We offer Early pay option to our staff and it is a very popular option to enable cash when most needed.

Laura Kew and Joe Ashdown made our move from an existing BACS provider to AccessPaysuite as easy as they could. They were available for advice and support at every turn and we now have a much easier process to collect our customers Direct Debits.

Thank you so much to Laura Kew for all her help and patience during our transfer from one BACs provider to Access PaySuite. She was always available for help and support when I needed it and kept answering all my stupid questions. One again Laura thank you!

This company took money from my account without my permission and although they have told me they have cancelled the account yet in spite of several telephone calls and statements they have refunded the amount I have received nothing. They are reluctant to confirm our conversations by email or postal letter. So, my conclusion is they are very adept at poor customer service and broken promises

The service I receive from any member of the Team at Access Pay suite is always fantastic. Staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. I recent dealt with Eloise and she very quickly fixed our issue and was so helpful. Cannot thank them enough. 10/10!

Kate Burchell was the engineer who helped me on my case. Kate acted promptly, politely and professionally. Resolved my problem totally to my satisfaction. Couldn't wish for better service. Thank you and well done Access Group and well done Kate.

The service I received from Christy was beyond fautless. Her knowledge was impressive and nothing was left unanswered during the time I spent on the phone with her. If every person who you called on a helpline was this impressive the world would be a far better place!!

We have worked with Access Pay Suite since late 2023. Jo Brennan was assigned to us, and she helped us navigate the launch project very smoothly. She is calm & very competent. In 2025, as we had another similar but more complex project to manage, we requested Jo was assigned to us. Once again Jo has provided clear guidance on what was required and were provided excellent support with respect to questions and requests which came out of testing. It's been busy but smooth. During the project, Jo was to be on holiday and proactively asked us to use the shared mailbox. When we had questions, they were competently and quickly answered by other team members. Shout out also to Laura Kew and Gemma Langley for their efficient support. It's impressive that Access Pay Suite have consistently excellent customer service. It gives you a real sense of confidence. Thank you !
