Acemend Avis 

I recently received my back stretcher and have sent three emails already as well as requested info on the online website forum, still no response from them!
I am starting to get very concerned that I may have been totally mislead by their advertising jargon?
Do they actually care?

Caution! Caution! Caution! Buyers beware.

Aceamend's web advertisements are misrepresentative, bordering on dishonest: (1) refunds are not automatic; (2) customers must bear return shipping costs, not to Acemend's shipping department in Jamaica, NY, but to an overseas address; and (3) Aceamend will cajole you to direct your refund to other "discounted" overpriced Acemend products.

Walk away!

Buyer Beware! I purchased two items from this company on Instagram. Apparently, they sell on Amazon and their website (by a different name) as well. One of the products I liked (though not wonderful quality) and the second just didn’t work out at all. They state they offer returns but do not tell you - that you have to pay for return shipping to Germany! They have a fulfillment center in the USA which they ship from— but will not allow returns to this facility. Which makes the cost to return nearly the same as the product itself. So unless you have no intentions of returning the product, do not buy it.

I responded to Acemend's 54% discount offer plus postage to France. Cost nearly $50, postage minimal. Cannot yet say that it works but will keep trying. I just feel ripped off as I see you can buy it on Amazon for $5.55! Amazon France for €17. Not happy at being conned. Lesson learned.
Since i posted the above, Acemend have explained that the Amazon products must be fakes. Strange, since the selling source for the products on Amazon is listed as Acemend! There are other similar sellers on Amazon who could be selling fakes, but the ones that I am referring to are , according to Amazon, from Acemend.

I ordered this item from amazon as they are the distributor I am told, but it came with no instructions. So I returned it.

I wanted to cancel my order and I fought with this company for two months and still have not received a refund. Their customer service is nonexistent.

I just received it and thought wth but not only did it crack my lower back i feel a lift off my back. I teach yoga and get epidurals in my L5 S1 you get desperate you’re like what can I do that? I haven’t done before so I bite the bullet and I bought it. I can’t wait to try this every single day.

I have attempted to contact this company several times via email (as they require) to request a refund as I'm not happy with this product. To date I have not received any response!
As they have no phone contact listed I will now go thru my credit card company to take care of this.

If I could give it a negative score I would. I ordered mine Aug 9th here it is Sept 13th, still no product. I've emailed 3 different times and haven't received one word. Avoid at all cost.

I ordered back stretcher and unfortunately had to cancel the order. The respond from the company was immediate with satisfying results. Great customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from this company again.

Bought one product that turns out I couldn't use they allowed me to keep it for someone else and select another product free, amazing service

The Acemend back stretcher really helped my recovering from a bulging disc.

I bought a refresh Strecher on this company Acemend and what i can say is, it´s very nice this product because just 1 night i used it for about 15 minutes longer if i´m not mistaken, because sometimes i felt not comfortable my lower back, then the following day suddenly my lower back become better, until now. It´s a great help for me. I´m happy to have this product. Thanks a lot to all acemend Team!
The Knee massager, my husband used it and it´s a great help for him to relieved the pain on his knee and he was absolutely happy. Thankyou so much

I purchased the back stretch pillow to see if it would help with my lower back ache and some neck pain that started to bother me. I only use it for a few minutes each night before bed and the difference has been amazing. I highly recommend anyone with neck or back pain to try. You won’t be disappointed

I don’t often give reviews but this really works! I can’t speak honestly for the long term because I haven’t been using the back stretcher for very long and I tend to only use it when my back is painful, I can stand from sitting in agony and within minutes of lying on the back stretcher I can walk around pain free, I just need to use it consistently to see if it keeps helping long term.

It is really good it’s been helping me with my lower back pain 10 minutes once or twice a day

It actually works! I was skeptical but gave it a shot because Acemends videos had some logic to them so I tried it. Tried it for a whole week. I have sciatica and it makes it very very hard for me to work (desk job). I'm feeling much, much better and I can do 2-3 hour long sessions of work without a break now. I'm very happy I tried it and I've let my friends know about it too!

Got back stretcher two weeks ago. Use it for ten minutes every morning. It has relieved my lower back pain, also got rid of hip pain too.
I also feel that my chest is more open and my posture is much improved.
Item arrived very promptly too, delighted with it.

I purchased the neck & back stretcher. It worked really well to relieve the tension in my upper and lower back. I've been using it for 10 min in the morning and before sleep. It also helps correct my slouching posture. I am very satisfied with the product. Will definitely recommend anyone who has back pain to use it.

This product took a few weeks to arrive but well worth it. Found it quite uncomfortable initially but after the first 10 minutes of use noticed an improvement. After using for a week,10 minutes per day, was completely better.
