Acemend Avis 

Do not purchase if you think you will get your money back if this product does not work for you!! This product was too big for me! I took it in to my chiropractor so he can teach me how to use it and well its just too big for me! I go to return it I have to pay shipping to Germany!! Well with that being said they refunded me $9 and change and told me to keep what I can't use!! Please if you are not sure do not purchase or you will be in the same boat as me!! They trick you by saying money back!!!

Acemend says they have a money back guarantee if not satisfied. Then when you go to return, they tell you that you have to pay shipping to Germany and shipping will cost you more than you paid for the product and they offer you a 20-30% refund. So deceiving ! And not a true Money Back Guarantee, not worth it!

I bought the acemend online and was very sceptical. However after now using for a week i can sleep at night without pain when i turn. My lower back has been painful for over a year progressively getting worse. Only relief was ibuprofen but that came with its side effects.
I started on the acemend very gingerly and could only tolerate 60 seconds to start with. I found getting off a challenge at first, but lifting my back above the pillow first then sliding it to one side enabled me to gently move it out of the way in order for me to roll onto my side and get up. I have persevered and the results are astounding. My back still feels stiff but the pain and pressure are relieved. I intend to keep up my daily use. Please note I had checked with the medics that i didnt have any serious underlying trapped nerves or slipped discs before using the acemend.

I received the product two weeks ago. The pillow made my sciatica worse. I have been trying to contact someone from Acemend for over a week unsuccessfully. There in no phone number to reach someone to return the item and no one responds to emails. I am contacting the attorney general's office today in hopes of getting someone on the phone.

I have not yet received this product because Acemend gave a totally incorrect delivery schedule. Despite paying for express delivery it is almost a month since my order was made. They seem very unhelpful in redirecting it to an alternative address where I will be located for the next two weeks. So for me that is another month of suffering. Thank you.

Surprised! Got it about a week ago and used it to help alleviate my sciatica as the instructions said. The foam was a little hard but it was clearly suggested that it MUST be that way, so I trusted it, and I'm glad I did. I can barely feel any pain at this point.

Honestly, I can't believe it. I think people mostly don't fix their backaches because they dont research about decompression (don't worry, i didn't either until a little while ago lol).

Anyway, this thing WORKS LIKE MAGIC! Give it a shot if you got back pain
