Great installers, but not great on follow up on missing AC Backup plug. Customer Service failed to follow up. I had to request plug from Solis (Ginlong), who were able to supply it

Wish I could give them a minus star.
They hound you to get an appointment set up and then cancel and set up another appointment only to cancel again. So now as far as I’m concerned they get a vote of no confidence. Now kindly take a flying f u c k of the end of a pier. Good day!

Professional workmanship
Professional workmanship. Friendly team. No disruption while they worked. Dedication to detail. Constant feedback from team as to what was being done next. Very explicit instructions on use of system. Admin at head office always a friendly voice who made sure any queries were dealt with. Follow up inspection of system was very impressive and possibly unique. Just a good company to do business with.
