Great installers, but not great on follow up on missing AC Backup plug. Customer Service failed to follow up. I had to request plug from Solis (Ginlong), who were able to supply it

The consultant Jerry Cropley went through everything and explained the amount of panels we needed We were very happy as he explained the next step that an engineer would call and recommend where the panels would be suited to us.
The crew arrived early to install the panels on the 14th May 2026. They were very efficient and very tidy. There was no mess and they tided up after themselves. Kevin downloaded the ap on my phone and he explained it all to me.
We are very happy and we would recommend Activ8 Solar Energies to family and friends.
