My advice is don't use this company
I ordered a Ninja Air fryer Crisp using the cash back link on my Halifax bank account. The problem I have is their terms and conditions for returns and the customer service unless you get the email for Justin, who is very good and seems to single handedly keep the ship afloat. justin.christie (at) activateondemand com
So, in the terms it says the product to be returned has to have the seals in tact and threaten if an item is returned that is not acceptable it will be disposed of and no refund. CAN YOU IMAGINE AMAZON SAYING THAT? My advice is that the company should be avoided and shop around for a similar price. Interestingly the price on the product I returned and after chase up emails received a refund dropped in price else where within a week. Anyway thanks Justin but never again. Following the reply from Justin I will also add that they request photos of the item, unboxed? before they will send a return instructions.

Don’t just look at the negative reviews!
I was a little sceptical after reading some of the negative reviews on here but then I was also aware of the 5 star ones too and have to say that there was no need for my scepticism! I have to say that Justin is absolutely amazing in terms of his quick responses (he even replied when his out of office was on) and with his support and his help. I wasn’t expecting my order to arrive before Christmas but he shipped it next day delivery and it arrived on 23rd Dec and this was with DHL (I was worried it was going to be Evri) so again no worries on that count. I would wholly recommend this company and say that if you do have an issue I am sure that Justin will do everything he can to help.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. You email them and wait for a response, they eventually respond, you have to reply, you wait for response …. I’m five days in now and waiting for a return label and then I have to wait for a courier to collect the item. I suspect they hope you will lose the will and give in, I will not, but no doubt it will be a long wait for my refund. Terrible and will never use again.
Update: after submitting this review the return was arranged, the process was quick and efficient and a refund was received.

I was contacted by Justin within the time frame given. He was very helpful and dealt with my query fast. He kept me informed with all the updates. A plessure to do business with.

This company has fantastic customer service. I returned an item which was simple and hassle free. I was kept up to date constantly and the agents could not have been nicer. Well done. Nice to see some positive and helpful companies still exist.

I placed an order almost a week ago for an Oura ring through Blue light card and it’s now 6 days gone by , the money has been taken but no acknowledgment of order or receipt of money, no way to chase it , bit of a last resort doing this. Am very concerned as was an expensive purchase.
I am not able to give you my order number as I do not have any emails with an order number on it. Can you please give me an email address that I can contact you on separately please .

Poor initially, then much improved
Awful customer service, been emailing and calling for 2 days to arrange a return. Submitted a return ticket and 2 days later I still have not received any instructions on how to return the product. Emails not being responded to and calls unanswered.
Never have I come across a return service that does not provide return details when you submit a return.
Update: since sending in this review, Justin has been in contact and has been tremendously helpful.

Prompt delivery
Ordered x2 phones through bank account reward scheme on Sun 16th Nov, one delivered on Tue 18th, other Thur 20th. Didn't receive dispatch notifications but received email from courier on day they were out for delivery.

Ridiculous delivery timescales
AOD use UPS as their delivery supplier who had package at local delivery point for 7 days. Delivery point is 2.3 miles from my house. Non Amazon prime orders can be delivered within 24 hours. Despite escalating to AOD it still took days to be delivered. My contract was with AoD not UPS, it is down to AOD to manage their chosen logistics partner not the customer.

No problems cancelling order
I decided to cancel my order. Customer service initially advised me to return it for a refund once delivered. They were then able to stop the delivery and process the refund, and kept me informed of any updates. Very helpful.

emailed to cancel both with no help from this company also rang them quite few time but with no response am really very disappointed with this company order numbers 302561 and 302553 iv had no response they need to sort out customer support and answer the phones i wont buy from them again disappointed! A company based on delays and incorrect
A company based on delays and incorrect information constantly. Really difficult to get in touch with.
I ordered a vacuum online using my credit card which gave a nice discount. Order was made Thursday and didn’t get dispatched till Tuesday evening. Yodel was the chosen carrier so I knew I probably wouldn’t be getting parcel. I asked for an update on Tuesday as I hadn’t received any communication other than to acknowledge my order. Customer service person had said order had been despatched and I would receive tracking information as soon as it became available. I never received this till the following day after the package was attempted to be delivered but I was not home. I was finally given the tracking. But then parcel was never seen again. Every communication results into a new ticket and at least 24 hours response time. Safe to say I will never order from here again.
Update:- Justin has been fantastic in helping to get a resolution. Still waiting for Shark vacuum but I feel hopeful.

Ring Doorbell
I ordered a ring doorbell via this website as there was BlueLight discount. I received an order confirmation email but there is no way to track your order. I emailed them on 27th Oct, and received a reply on the 28th telling me “Your order will be delivered by 28th October”. No delivery and still no way to track the order. Reading other reviews it seems the delivery can take a while.
