I had a fantastic experience with Activate OnDemand. With a small issue I had, the team was incredibly responsive, understanding, and supportive throughout. Their customer service is honestly one of the best I’ve encountered,friendly, quick to respond, and genuinely caring. Highly recommended!

Ordered a ring door bell and cameras on 13th May, no tracking information provided. No update after chasing this via email twice.
Rubbish service.

EDIT: this has now been resolved after a call from Justin and prompt delivery. Advised issue with emailing system.

I'm sorry you have been let down here.

Unfortunately Ring went out of stock on the camera pack with no warning. We did send a communication to customers who were waiting but unfortunately due to my error, your order number was not on the list of customers to contact.

Our CS team replies to mails within 24 hours and your 2 mails were just under 7 hours apart.

I'll give you a call with a solution to this unacceptable experience.

Hi Fatima, I'm so sorry your order was delayed. Ring unexpectedly went out of stock on the twin pack of cameras and we are working with them on a solution. We had sent a delay notification but looks like you did not get one. We spoke on the phone this morning and as promised I have cancelled your order and processed your refund.

Never delivered & No updates

Received an email from Yodel that the item was being sent back to the shipper, without attempting delivery.

Have not received any information or update from Activate even though they have taken the money.

Very disappointed as bought this through Halifax reward.

This service is absolutely fantastic.

This service is absolutely fantastic.
Ordered a ring doorbell to my office address but forgot I would be away.
I also used an email address I didnt have access to so I couldn’t check for updates. Reached out with the few details I had, Justin immediately located my order, provided me with an informative update and refunded me straight away.

I was so impressed I’ve since reordered and received my product on time

Justin was a legend! Had some headphones that broke after 16 months. They were covered under 2 year warranty and he refunded straight away without hesitation! Good customer support.

Delivered on-time and exactly as requested

Unfortunately I wasn't in to receive the order (Panasonic DentaCare Series 300 Oral Irrigator) so the order was delivered to my local UPS office for safe keeping (within 1 mile). I was able to track the order and pick it up at my convenience.

Customer service was fantastic in reassuring me that the order was still at UPS and still had the opportunity to pick it up or alternatively receive a refund.

Awful experience, waste of time!

Order a product through a reward program from Vodafone. Didn’t receive anything, they said it was delivery to a “Mary”, them back and forward with emails, I honestly still wanted to product, they gave me a refund, I guess it’s better than nothing BUT what a complete waste of time. Awful! Really poor customer service on the complaint approach also.

I bought a ring video doorbell and chime. When I opened the doorbell I noticed it wasn’t fit for purpose. Activate onDemand have refused to take it back although it’s been never used! That’s very poor customer service.

I'm not sure why you paid so much - using parcel2go.com i was able to get a quote for about £4.50 to ship the package to our warehouse.

Excessively long time to process refund

I ordered a breadmaker via my banking app promotions at the end of October 2024, unfortunately the item turned up damaged.
The damaged item finally got collected in January 2025 and the refund processed at the beginning of February 2025.
So after about 16 emails with me chasing them numerous times and 3 a month wait it was finally all sorted, why it took so long to get this sorted I have no idea.

Good company to buy from but shipment was lost by courier

The company shipped my item but the r shipping company UPS lost it somehow. Due to this and the number of emails I had to place to the company and UPS I am giving 4 instead of 5. However, my money was refunded and I did receive good help from Active on Demand. The company respond to their emails quite promptly which not all companies do.

Extremely Disappointed - Poor Quality and Terrible Customer Servicently purchased Kuzo II F2-S Smart…

I recently purchased Kuzo II F2-S Smart watch from Activate on Demand, and I am beyond disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service.
The product failed to meet the durability standards described, becoming unsuitable for my needs within opening the product. It feels very cheap and not worth 20 pounds. Despite their 14-day money-back guarantee, my return request was refused, even though I complied with all the conditions.
The customer service is abysmal. The response time if they do decide to come back to you after a long period of time is shocking, none of whom provided any meaningful assistance. Their refusal to honor their own return policy is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for their customers.
I strongly advise against purchasing from Activate on Demand .Their products are beyond subpar, and their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

***UPDATE***
Justin rang me we discussed the complaint, and thank you for looking into and resolving the issue with my Kuzo II F2-S Smartwatch. I appreciate the effort taken to address my concern.
However, I would like to provide some feedback on the customer service experience. The response time and the initial handling of my return request were not up to the standard I expected. Improving these aspects would greatly enhance customer satisfaction.

Do not purchase with this company

Do not purchase with this company. I purchased a doorbell, they cancelled the order after three weeks and refuse to give a refund saying I have to contact my bank even though they cancelled the order since they had no item left in stock. They also claim that they had emailed me yet there is not a single email from them on my inbox or spam or junk folder. I’ve never had issues ever buying online and I always buy online so I can imagine this is a common issue for other buyers from this company.

UPDATE - Thank you for providing me with your details so I can check your case.
I will reply here as I don't want you to not get this

Timeline:
5th December - order placed

10th December - email sent notifying you of the delay with a ship date of 20th December due to national shortage of the product. (We sent you a copy of this during the conversation on the 17th where you informed us of the chargeback.)

17th December - you raised a chargeback from the bank resulting in your order being cancelled. (We cannot give you a refund once you raise a chargeback as it goes into a process with the bank.)

You received your chargeback refund on the 3rd Jan.

I apologise that you did not receive the communication sent on the 10th of Jan, I believe that if you had, you would have not had these issues. You could have either cancelled for a refund or waited for the new confirmed despatch date.

I'm sorry that your experience was not ideal here, and I can fully appreciate that without the mail sent on the 10th you were in the dark and frustrated.
