goods didnt look new argued with them over this finally opened a dispute with paypal and they agreed to refund me if i sent the goods back at my own expense which I did and then I got my refund ....would never ever buy from this company again

Delivery was in time for Christmas & much appreciated. Communication was very good. So far my wife is happy with the unit.

what a great piece of kit, my. wife has suffered from neck and top of back pain for years, since using this she has had more relief from pain than ever before.

Very good quality tens machine and works well i am very pleased with my purchase

My partner has used this product for 14 months and finds great relief for his shoulder. The order for the new pads was a good price and was delivered on time.

Not the fastest delivery, but works well helps a lot with my sciatica. Just wish they had explained That you need lithium batteries, I could gave bought them prior to receiving the product.

Item not working. Despite sending e mails and video no refund or replacement has been offered. This is an.on going dispute but very poor customer service and no contact number. All via emails that take ages to respond .

I wouldn't have given any stars but you can't do that. I wouldn't touch this company with a bargepole. The product is unused, unpacked, still as arrived but I'm not paying to return it to France and although I accepted a £15.00 refund (disgrace), it's not been received. Rubbish to deal with

I have been using for years, the same machine still working perfectly. Excellent company, excellent customer service.

Bought massager from Acupeo through Digital Commerce seeing advertised on YouTube paid by PayPal £39.99. Cancelled within hour when realised it wasn't item my wife wanted. They sent it anyway, I returned it straightaway via their courier upon delivery. Tried for refund through PayPal but case now closed. The company have item and payment. I have nothing. Beware!

DON'T GO NEAR THIS COMPANY! An absolutely useless neck massager, mode and intensity buttons didn't work. In fact, I could hardly feel anything at all. No return address, no phone number and a contact form which does not allow me to enter my phone number in whatever format. All it does is say use correct format for phone number, I copied the way they show it on their site and guess what it's the wrong format! I want to return this item for a full refund, but it seems it isn't permitted.

Bought it for the wife who's been suffering with a bad neck for the last couple of months. Since she's been using the Acupeo neck tens machine she's stopped complaining! So it must be working well! PS: And my ears have stopped hurting too! Bonus!

This company have refused a refund on a neck massager which was bought for my husband. He passed away before he received it. Only the box was opened and I have given them photographic evidence of this. They are now saying that the bag was opened as the instructions were inside plastic bag. THEY WERE NOT. It is just another excuse not to refund me or accept the return. Avoid them like the plague.

This product is not fit for purpose.
Stings and nips, complete waste of money and now in the bin!
Would certainly not recommend!

Given the price I didn’t have high hopes, but to be fair, this is absolutely brilliant especially as it comes with a cable that has two pads on so you can further direct the electrical impulses to help with the pain.
