Poor customer service . They take money for profits but don’t ship. Really been painful to sort with them so will have to claim back on my bank. It’s a shame as I had the unit but not the extra pads and due to them not fulfilling the order but trying to keep money I would not recommend

Good quality item but could do with fuller instructions

Partially works tried everything.messaged them to advise faulty and asked for how to return it. Have then been sent the instructions on how to use because they think I'm an idiot. Advised using it correctly
Then a message rudely suggesting I check I am using lithium batteries. Yes I had to order them separately and they were not cheap!! Asked again for return info. Days later..oh you need to send a video of you trying to use it ,wtf???? Knew by then no intentions of them.allowing me to return it for a refund. Currently disputing the transaction with my bank for a refund and will also be raising witn trading standards. Absolutely disgusting money grabbing scammers

I received two items and I only wanted one, I was asked to send a picture of the unopened one which I did I then went on holiday and from there your organisation requested different picture which I could not provide as I was one holiday which I explained to you and you still insisted that I had to give you, then I was told I could not get my money b ack because it was past the time to send it back even though I have advise you I was on holiday. I requested your address in order that I could complain to someone higher up and I am still waiting for that. I still have the second item and am not happy that you have not taken this back and given me my money back

I could not activate this product. The information is sparse in the extrreme, hardly any instructions on how to operate device. The only piece of practical advice offered was to contact the website if experiencing difficulty operating the device.

Delivered on time, worth every penny. Problem getting other pads.

I would have liked to have a better instructions for use booklet. It’s a lot of trial and error.

It is working mechanically.
It’s early days to find out if it does what I ordered it for. Massage resulting in reduced or no pain.

Delivered quickly and easy to use. Has made my neck and shoulder pain so much better to the point I am now doing so much more activity and am sleeping better. Relief at last!

Been using this for over a week now i have osteoarthritis in my neck and shoulders now any time i feel the pain i use this and it disapears . Great so far

I have been using it about 2-3 times a day on my neck as I have a nerve impingement problem which caused pins and needles down my right arm and into my hand, this would wake me when in bed and had to get up and move into a long chair where it would ease. I was put onto medication ( Amitriptyline) which has helped considerably. I bought the unit to see if tit would help and it seems to, I am sleeping better most nights. However since using it my neck movement seems to have improved although I seem to have a slight problem turning my head to the left.

This thing is rubbish all it does is vibrate could be purchased on Ali express for a fiver cheaply made and certainly not worth £40

Really like the neck massager. As described. Able to access full instructions on line.

Kept up to date with delivery product excellent only I thought no it should have come with batteries as local stores don’t sell lithium batteries had to send away for them.
We changed delivery to post office as Evri not reliable.

Complete and utter rubbish, it is not rechargeable and cost a fortune in good quality batteries if you use the highest settings. In this day and age it should be rechargeable. Customer service follow up email to see if everything is ok states they will do everything in there power to put it right if you are not completely satisfied, Ha Ha Ha Ha. A generated email back to say it will give 60 x 15 minutes of use on one lot of batteries???? what did they use to test this, a Lorry Battery?? DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS GIMMIC!

It's a well made, neat product and was delivered super fast. I can't yet recommend it's impact on my pain issues as I have deteriorating discs in my neck which press on my nerves and spinal chord, add that to arthritis and fibromyalgia and I am very sensitive to pain. So far I've struggled to find a setting which has gives me relief without being unbearable to use.

There are so many different settings/intensities that it feels more like a User issue rather than a product one. I'll persevere until I find the right setting for me. I'm sure there will be one, it's just a matter of experience.
