Football boots didn’t turn up after a…

Football boots didn’t turn up after a couple of weeks. Contacted customer services who send me endless messages on WhatsApp and email but none that actually helps to get me my sons football boots. Sent various links and codes to reorder but their website doesn’t function properly. I have now spent many hours trying to resolve this which I could have spent doing other things like playing football with my son……Except he doesn’t have any football boots.

Absolutely terrible customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service. My order was not coming so after 9 days I contacted customer service chat and was assured it was coming straight away. Few days later no update contacted again only to be told my order had was not on the system because of a 'glitch' to which I was told it would be promptly dealt with. No sign again contacted again and was again told the order was not there only to be told I would have to cancel reorder and wait 3 -14 days for my refund. Each operator was deceptive and evasive and not helpful at all. The thing is if I had waited and not made contact about the order the promised was coming it would never have come. Terrible customer service. I genuinely thought it might be a scam sight.. awaiting my refund now. I will never use them again. For such a well-known corporate they customer service is the worst I've ever experienced.

Also was promised I would be contacted by someone in order to express my complaint and nothing!!!

Purchased a pair of Adidas S2G golf…

Purchased a pair of Adidas S2G golf shoes online and went with a 10.5 instead of my usual size 10 to allow for extra space. When I tried them on I suspected they might be too small but i thought they might loosen out after a round of golf. They didn't and damaged the nail on my big toe. I returned the shoes to Adidas and they rejected my return with an email headed 'something not quite right' and failed to clarify what that was. The 'something that is not quite right' is their shoe sizing and customer support. Recommend avoiding these shoes and Adidas if you can. Will revert back to Footjoys.

Anvendte Adidas app og bestilte et par sneakers. Bestillingen gik igennem, men Adidas og transportfirma snakker ikke sammen så jeg fik aldrig besked fra fragtfirma (post nord). Så forsøgte jeg at anvende ordre nr.. Det kan man ikke hente en pakke på. Mit råd er: Lad vær med at handle via Adidas app - det er dårligt.

Predator Elite Fold-Over Tongue FG Boots only last 5 months but cost €280

I purchased a pair of Predator Elite Fold-Over Tongue Firm Ground Boots through Unisport as a Christmas gift. 5 months later they have disintegrated and I am told 'this is considered normal wear and tear, which is expected with prolonged use'.
These are the moste expensive black boots available with a retail price of €280 and, presumably designed to last less than 5 months.
I intend to ask the courts to adjudicate on whether the design/manufacture/sale of these boots meets the standards required under the Sale of Goods Act given their disintegration after 5 months

Adidas coupon code doesnt work

I get a Adidas coupon code (from running app), trying to use on the Adidas website on full priced product. Rejected, code not valid. Then I call Adidas and they tell me that I need to wait for the code to activate, up to 24 hours. SO just wasted the coupon code as I already bought the shoes full price. What a crappy customer experience- An no real time codes. Just bad

Terrible customer service

New pair of pro 4 runners caused a blister under my big toe on an 8k test jog. This was my 6th pair of Adidas runners all identical sizes. Their CS refused am return because I'd taken them for a run & then when I complained demanded a photograph of the injury over two weeks later. Unfortunately not having a time machine I couldn't provide that of course.

Die gleichen Adidas Schuhe wieder am…

Die gleichen Adidas Schuhe wieder am 24.03.25 bestellt und erhalten. Wieder war der Laufschuh defekt! Habe die Schuhe zurückgesandt und warte bis heute auf die weitere Auszahlung von 180Euro. Das ist Betrug weil sie jetzt auch versuchen ihre defekten Schuhe wieder zurück zuschicken. Die Aktie muss auf 0Euro gestellt werden! Das ist vorsätzlicher Betrug!!!

Ho acquistato un paio di scarpe Adidas e ne sono molto soddisfatto. Comode, ben rifinite e con un design moderno, si adattano perfettamente sia allo sport che all’uso quotidiano. La qualità dei materiali è ottima e la calzata confortevole. Consigliate!

I bought a pair of runners which were…

I bought a pair of runners which were due to be delivered on 31.01. While I was waiting for delivery, the tracking info changed to... not delivered due to incomplete address. I contacted adidas via live chat and was told to contact An post (courier) to give them my address. An post informed me that my parcel was sent back to sender. Adidas customer service told me I can wait on refund and order another pair. I ordered another pair but this time I paid for delivery with UPS. It turned out that there is an issue with the address again and I was told to contact courier again.
I spent around 1 hour altogether going from one chat with adidas to another chat with An Post and then UPS. I paid for 2 pairs of runners and currently I'm left with no money and runners.

Terrible company Rang customers service about a product in exchange, they informed I couldn't exchange product as it was custom made , and that this was all on there website informing customers about the terms of their exchange , this is not true, there website is not clear, I wouldn't recommend this company

Horrible company to deal with

Horrible company to deal with. Supplied with a voucher for the inconvenience which requires a minimum spend. Last time shopping with adidas. I prefer Nike anyway.

Adidas has a customer support service…

Adidas has a customer support service that completely lacks professional qualities in helping customers. The customer support service at adidas is a low-skilled bunch of people whose goal is not to help adidas customers, but to make every effort to ensure that Adidas customers never receive any help. Adidas violates the consumer protection law and cynically informs its customers about it. Also, the adidas customer support staff does not like that I legally express my opinion in the comments that Adidas will make low-quality things and after receiving complaints from customers, cynically violates the consumer protection law.

no problems with delivery.

Was wary ordering after reading the trustpilot reviews on delivery, but decided to order as too good a reduction on item. I ordered pair of bottoms, I live in dublin and they were delivered 5 days later. Was able to track them with tracking number. So very positive shopping experience for me.
