Recently ordered a pair of trainers…

Recently ordered a pair of trainers (size UK 11) from the online store. When the order arrived it was obvious the trainers were not an 11, even though the label on the trainers says they are a UK 11 and so did the box. It was obvious the wrong label had been attached to a smaller trainer. I had presumed there would be quality control checks going on to ensure this type of thing didn't happen.
I won't be ordering online again after this.

I was very happy with my first experience shopping with adidas.ie. I had spotted wide joggers online. This website has the most competitive prices, I was able to apply a discount code and it worked:) Once I completed the purchase I didn’t have to wait long for my order to arrive. I would recommend 👍👍

False information being provided by Customer Service

I needed to make an exchange of a pair of runners I ordered as they were too big. I contacted customer service before hand as I was also moving house in two weeks and was worried I would be gone before the replacement arrived. Customer service assured me the replacement would be sent once the barcode is scanned at the post office for my return shoes. I waited two days and when there was still no update I rang customer service to be informed that they had to wait until the shoes arrived in their headquarters in Germany before they'd send out the new ones. After I told him about what I was informed about previously, he admitted that yes that is correct and is also what the website says, but that they actually don't do that. He also couldn't change the delivery address so now I need to contact the new tenants and hope they will keep the parcel for me. Disgraceful customer service

I have had many orders and plenty of…

I have had many orders and plenty of good feedback for adidas before.
But, OMG lately it’s like pulling teeth
e.g
They ask you to do a review in products you buy for a 25% on your next order.
The code arrives, goes to use it but only 20% is taken off, contact adidas who say we will give u back the difference once you receive the order. Perfect, but now they only sent €5.
Plus I have several other vouchers like this. I will not use them, as adidas think you can spend hours on live chat with stupid slow operators.

If you are from Ireland, please dont order anything from adidas online site. My order never arrived nor the customer service team responded. Still haven’t received my refund.

Adidas cancelled order

Their limited edition sales are a complete scam. I recently ordered a product as soon as it went on sale. To my surprise I got it and paid for it. The order was immediately confirmed by email. The next day it was reconfirmed by email stating there was a delay with dispatch but everything was in order. The next day my order was cancelled saying they were out of stock. My products were obviously given to somebody else and similar shoes are currently reselling online on third party websites at inflated prices. The company is happy to see loyal customers lose out at the expense of profiteers on the reseller sites. Have used Adidas all my life but will be very reluctant to buy from them again.

Falcon shoes Defective

I bought Falcon shoes with Flowers price was 100 Eur, I wanted these shoes since Jan 2021 but I could not afford them due to the high price. I paid them 80 euro in Apr 2021. I wore the shoes twice and i immediately discovered the flowers on the upper body of the shoes are starting to peel off, therefore i realized the flowers are stickers on the shoes. I have reached Customer service on chat, i raised a complain, ( case number 37093776) and they could only offer me poor discount considering i wanted the shoes so badly and they are defective, i expect better treatment and better discount. I mean, i paid 80 Eur, and they only wanted to give me 30% discount on defective shoes? i am disappointed by Adidas Customer Care, the girl was nice, but Adidas rules in these situations are rigid and uncaring. seriously disappointed by this huge brand that is not willing to make a compromise on defective shoes and offer a better discount.
Waiting for somebody to contact me and work on a better solution for my complaint.

The worst online experience I ever had

I bought a X ghosted.3 size 6uk for my 13 years old nephew as a Xmas gift in the end of November (Black Friday), I received after 2 weeks a totally different shoe size 11uk, I complained about it and they send me a email with a SWAP FORM so I send it back same day. After another longer 2 weeks I received an email saying that it took more than 7 days for me to send it back so they cancelled my request for “exchange/swap” so I contact them again on chat (waited probably half hour for being answered) complaining about this, the guy didn’t not no what to say to me so he left the chat (yep he did, SUCH A HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE). In the exactly moment that he disconnected from chat, I received another email saying that they would send me same shoe back to me coz the one I sent did not match with the one I ordered 🤦🏻‍♀️ I mean seriously? Well I was waiting for the wrong shoe again very frustrated and with a very sad and frustrated nephew who did not get his Xmas gift and, after another long 2 weeks another email apologising and saying that they would give my money back in 2WEEKS, so the nightmare took me 2 months, a lot of stress and anxiety. So I bought same shoe coz unfortunately it was what he wanted in Life Style Sports, I received the shoe in 2 days and I paid same price. Well I just cancelled my subscription and deleted the app and took this time to give you this review coz you really deserve it, you don’t have respect with your costumers and it was my very TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER.

Never again! Shocking Customer Service!

I am appalled at how an established company like Adidas does not promote customer satisfaction. I have ordered online a Christmas gift for a friend and as I was sure of a size I have not checked the item - kept it in it's original packing when wrapping it. To our surprise once the present was unwrapped - turns out that the t-shirt has 'Adidas Staff Member' writing on the sleeve! I cannot express how embarrassed I was.

But now all the fun begins... Try contacting adidas customer service... Although it CLEARLY is their mistake, they will never admit it. They want me to follow the regular return procedure: return the item in order to receive a refund (very inconvenient - I was happy with the items I received, have no printer, Post Office 20min away). I can't use an exchange because they can only exchange for a different size (WHAT?! You have sent me the wrong item!). Oh and anyway the t-shirt is now out of stock, so although they offered me 30% discount for my next order (how genuine!) I can't even order it.

I have worked in Customer Service, have placed hundreds of orders online and have never come across anything like this before. (I have also never wrote a negative review before). I used to love the brand.. changed my mind completely. Absolutely disappointed and disgusted!

Bought superstars for my 10yr old daughter in august had them 3 months holes started appearing on soles her feet got wet adidas quality very bad terrible customer service very hard to understand them cheeky too had to send back trainers and still havnt got my refund

Adidas is a staple

Adidas is a staple. The brand is great, fantastic quality, stylish etc., although their sizing is teeny tiny. I'm a UK 8-10, but at least 12 with Adidas. Their shoe sizing is off completely. My shoe size is as uncomplicated as can be, a standard EU37/UK 4/ 23.5 cm foot length. According to the Adidas size chart I could be one of three different sizes depending on whether I wanted to go by UK sizing, EU sizing or cms. I wanted to purchase the Superstar Ellure shoes so I decided to ask the advice of a customer service agent who said that foot length is the most reliable fit indicator which turned out to be not true at all. The shoes were too big (by at least half a size) and had to be returned. Not sure why they provide lengths at all since they are completely misleading. Getting a replacement pair was impossible because by then the smaller sizes had sold out so that was that. I buy shoes all the time, 99% of them online, and I have built up quite a collection. I know shoes, I know my feet and I know how to pick the right size with the aid of a sizing chart. The Ellure shoes I purchased are so far the only pair I ever had to returned because of a sizing issue. Those lengths are wayyy off.
Their customer service is another thing. The agents have a varying degree of fluency in English and I frequently find myself wondering if I've been understood. For example, upon receiving the above mentioned pair of shoes and realizing there was a problem with sizing, I wrote a review for them on the Adidas website. A couple of weeks later I received via email a request (and then another) from Adidas to review the same shoes and offering me an up to 25% discount for writing the said review. Since I had already reviewed them I contacted the customer service via chat to ask if I could still qualify for the discount voucher despite having written the review before I received the request from Adidas to write one. A fairly uncomplicated query, one might think. But not for the agent I was speaking to. He wanted to see screenshots of everything basically, the review, which I supplied, the review request email, which I also supplied, and the "your review has been published" email which I did not supply as I never got one (I checked the Inbox, the Trash and the Spam folders). Then he informed me that an investigation (!) would be launched the results of which would be made known to me in 5-7 working days. I thought that was a bit odd and wondered whether my query had been understood, so I contacted Adidas via email asking again if qualified for the up to 25% discount for writing the review. I also briefly described the online chat exchange. Very soon I received a very apologetic reply offering me a 30% discount. I was very happy to accept it and said as much. I also asked when/how I would be receiving the discount code. Another reply came assuring me that I would be receiving the code very soon also via email but I never did. After a while I inquired about the promised discount code again and got no reply at all. They are essentially stonewalling me. As much as I like the brand, their customer service is bizarre and unreliable to say the least. Pity, really, that the quality of the customer service does not match the quality of the brand.

Not very happy with adidas

Not very happy with adidas. I purchased a jacket on their website under WOMEN but after I paid for it I discovered from an email they sent me that the jacket was a kids jacket!! I did not click on kids so feel this is an error made by addidas misleading the customer. Usually kids sizes are by their age but this jacket had sizes Small Medium or Large and nowhere stated it was a kids jacket. I called Adidas and had to speak with 3 or 4 different people and I was kept hanging on forever and had to hang up a few times as I was trying to get this sorted in my own work hours. As I bought jacket today and it was not dispatched I thought I could either change it to the large in kids size as I purchased what I thought was a small in adult size or cancel order completely. I was advised I could only cancel if it was within 15 mins of purchase which was over that time when I discovered adidas error. I have to wait now to recieve wrong sized jacket and then wait even longer for refund or exchange. Not impressed with Adidas misleading the customer and will be reluctant to buy from their website again. Thought adidas were a more reputable company. My money is gone today and now I have to wait too long to get it back.

Worst customer service ever

I’m trying to return an item from Ireland and the website wont allow it, I’ve spoken to customer support 9 times now and each time I have to explain everything in great detail just to be told they’ll be in touch within 48 hours and of course they never do. Absolutely shocking behaviour from such a large company and I’ll never order as much as a sock from then again
