Good afternoon Masood,
We are sorry to see your 1-star review and disappointed to learn of your dissatisfaction.
Regarding the coffee machine, we did not receive any prior communication from you about any issues before seeing your review today. It's important to note that different machines have varying cleaning and standby processes, which should be considered before making a purchase.
You mentioned that you did not like the taste of the coffee and compared it to Lavazza, although you haven't purchased any coffee from us. K-fee and Lavazza are entirely different brands, and direct comparisons may not be fair.
We provided a prompt service and kept you informed throughout the delivery process. We hope that our service was satisfactory and believe it deserves more than a 1-star rating. Our Trustpilot page is intended to review our overall service, not just individual products.
Kind regards,
Allied Drinks

First time used this company to buy Tea Pigs Rooibos Teabags, and with the exception of a delay in the delivery, not caused by Allied Drink Systems I hasten to add, the whole transaction was faultless. The attention to keeping me informed of the whole process was impeccable. Very impressed.
