Discrepancies between Help Centre and app
I recently left a 5-star review for your services on August 13, 2026. However, I am here to seek clarification regarding the terms of your new customer discount. My 1st transfer was $2000. When I previously chatted with your customer service representative, Mr. O, on my 2nd transfer, I specifically asked if the $3,000 CAD limit for the new customer rate applied to each transfer 3 times, or if it was a cumulative total. I was given the impression that the limit applied to cumulative total. I was informed that I could only send an additional $1,000 at the discounted rate.
I discovered this morning that a friend of mine was able to process three separate transfers of $3,000 CAD each using the new customer rate. This suggests a significant discrepancy between the information provided by your Help Centre and the actual application of the discounted rate (on the app). Because of this guidance, I feel I have missed the opportunity to transfer $5,000 CAD at the promotional rate. Could a supervisor please explain this discrepancy and let me know if there is any way to rectify this? I would have sent this directly to Africhange but wary of a runaround by your Customer Service.

It was just disappointing today. My transfer took almost an hour and it made me run late for work. Nobody replied my messages in the support chat box. But I'm glad it has been rectified.

Terrible customer support and endless delays. I submitted all the required documents sent to my email for verification, but my account is still not approved. Customer support is extremely poor and unresponsive. Very frustrating experience.
