Ordered an outfit in November, recieved mid January.
The stitching was terrible, the neckline was so big ,the length was nothing like it described on there website.
Poor service.
Poor quality
Won't be ordering with Afrozeh again.
Not worth the money I spent.
They have edited images on website so the outfits don't look the same.
Raised a complaint, was told to send back outfit for it to reach back in Pakistan within 5 days when it took them nearly 2 months to send out to me.
And even then I wouldn't get a refund but just a coupon code.

Worst experience ever!!!!! They sent defective article and I prepaid the amount, it's been almost a month and my money is stuck. They've pathetic customer service and their worst policies.

Absolutely rubbish brand and hourandus service pre ordered the dress on the day it came out after more then a month I waited begging them for update and they keep telling me 1 more week after that they told me there's no production for that dress anymore what kind of service is this i am absolutely disgusted and never recommend or ordering from them anymore I am going to write this all the social media accounts to show everyone how bad this brand is.

Today i got my dress collection golden hour lunar veil i was so nervous how the dress going to be but lo be hold it was exactly same as shown on picture in love with the dress ♥️

I received my Afrozeh unstitched dresses today and I’m extremely happy with my purchase. The fabric quality, color, and design are absolutely beautiful the embroidery is very neat, and everything looks exactly like the pictures. I’m truly satisfied with my order.

Worst experience.. they sent order with one dress missing worth 25900 and refuse to refund,sent a coupon to spent money on dress I don’t like, when I select another dress from coupon they said it’s out of stock as well
It’s been 2 months my money is stuck with them.Do not buy from this website specially if you live abroad. Also very poor quality fabric looks different in pictures.

My sister placed an order with Afrozeh Official on 28th January, and it’s now been 4 months—I’m still waiting for my clothes! Every time I call, they give me the same excuse: “Your clothes are still in stitching.” How can it take 4 months to stitch an outfit? This is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Their customer service is terrible, and they don’t care about their customers. I would NOT recommend ordering from them. Be careful before placing an order—Afrozeh Official is a complete scam!
