The suits are not like the pictures online, the material and embroidery is poor quality and so overpriced.

I ordered formal stitched dress and recieved it yesterday but my experience is soo bad. The shirt is faint from fromt aode and it’s very obvious also the length of dupatta is shorter than normal and the stuff which were kentioned was raw silk but I didn’t recieved the dress in this stuff. Please refund it 🙏

AFROZEH is the worst brand ever. I paid $200 for a stitched afrozeh dress from Laam website and it turned out to be completely different from the picture on the website. Very poorly stitched and very cheap cloth. NEVER BUY AFROZEH

i wish i could send a zero star i literally received something entirely different than what was shown in the picture and i spent 15k on it i have sent you the email i will not tolerate a simple apology or a voucher send me my actual dress exactly what i ordered in less than a week or refund my money.

I ordered in november 2024 still not delivered they keep saying it will be delivered not to worry and production issues i wish i had seen the reviews here i would have never wasted my money.. they are not refunding as well

I ordered an outfit from the brides edit called 'Livia' back in December, and here we are, May 1st, and it still hasn’t been delivered. They keep telling me it takes 55-60 working days, but it’s well past that timeframe. Now they’re saying it’s been stuck in the stitching process for the past two months. Every time I try to get in touch, they ignore my questions and don’t answer calls. I even asked for a full refund, and they completely ignored me. When I asked for an estimated delivery time, they had absolutely no answers. I don’t want to order from a company where I have to chase them down on every app just to get in touch. I would not recommend buying from here— their customer service is terrible!

Everything is bad, the quality the stitching. They are just a big scam. No refunds and no returns. Nobody should order from this brand. The pictures doesn’t match what you pay for. Do not order from them!!!

ZERO ZERO ZERO ZERO STARS!!! Avoid at all costs!!! Worse customer experience ever! Taken my money and has not dispatched my clothes despite more than 10 emails and over 20 WhatsApp messages!! Surely there has to be somewhere to put in an official complaint so that this can be stopped!!

Horrible experience.Quality of clothes is too cheap.They are scammers.I think people should complain to consumer forum Pakistan against them so that people could be saved from such fraudulents.

This company is soo shocking it amazes me how it is still operating and if I could give zero stars I would.

The communication and customer services is absolutely zero and you have to message/email multiple times to even attempt a response from them.

Messaged them multiple times asking for an update but got no reply.

In the end we had to submit a chargeback claim through our bank for a refund because we knew that these guys would be difficult to deal with.

If you guys want to lose your money then order from Afrozeh as they are absolutely shocking.

I placed an order for a dress and paid via debit card. After 2 months of order confirmation they canceled the order and did not even refund saying you can get a gift card that means my money stays with them and I will have to get some other product from them only. What a blackmailing. After such a horrible experience will be willing to purchase from uou again?

I have never experienced such horrible customer service as I did with Dear June. Here’s how they scammed me and wasted my time for weeks:

I placed an order (#DJ9413), which included a black trouser, but when my parcel arrived on February 24th, the trouser was missing.
I called their helpline multiple times, but no one ever picked up. I then sent five emails, and after days of being ignored, they finally responded on February 28th—only to lie and say that the missing trouser had been dispatched.
They provided a tracking number, which turned out to be invalid! I informed them three times, but they still didn’t bother to check or fix their mistake.
Later, they sent me another email falsely claiming that my parcel had already been delivered.

After I kept complaining, they finally sent me a new tracking number, and guess what? It showed that the missing item was still sitting in their warehouse since February 28th, with no movement at all!
I emailed them again and again asking when they would actually dispatch the trouser, but they ignored me every time.
And now, after all this nonsense, today they had the audacity to ask ME to send the parcel back to them! Are they stupid?! What parcel am I supposed to return when the missing trouser was never even sent to me in the first place?!
This company is a joke. They ignore complaints, lie to customers, send fake tracking numbers, and refuse to solve problems. I will never order from them again, and I strongly warn others to stay away! They are scammers!

Tried to purchase from Usa, but the customer service was terrible!!
they took the money, but didn’t confirm my order and within that moment my selected dresses got sold out,,
And now they aren’t returning my money, offering me store credit!!!

what am I supposed to do with the store credit while my dresses aren’t available anymore!??😡

Worst Worst clothing brand! They never respond to you and never received the order I paid for. I have been calling them but still get the same response that they will get back me soon. I spent huge amount there and now regret it. :(

I ordered a dress from their Eid collection, it's clearly written under the dress that they will deliver it before 25th March.
When i tried to reach out on their whatsapp they are not replying. I asked them if they can't deliver refund my amount and it's been 2 days!!

I live in UK, i've to get my shipment here before Eid and I don't know what to do now! This is was the first and probably the last time I've ordered from this brand. So disappointed with their pathetic service!!

I ordered two dresses from Afrozeh back in December for my friend’s wedding that is in April. Tell me why I just received an email saying my order has now been cancelled because of quality issues and the dresses are now out of stock? Three months later, a few weeks before my friend’s wedding. And the biggest joke is they gave me a gift card instead of a refund - as if I’m ever shopping at Afrozeh ever again.
This is a message for Adeel Sheikh the COO of Afrozeh - SORT IT OUT, the way you’re running your company is absolutely disgusting. And give me my money back you thieves.

Never order from them, they’re scammers! I placed my order in November and was charged for it. I was told orders typically deliver 45 business days after delivery (even though their website said 2-3 weeks delivery time). I let it go and patiently waited for my dress. I followed up again end of January and then was told they couldn’t fulfill my order and to order something else or accept a gift card as a form of return. I refused and explained that since they didn’t give me the item I had ordered I was entitled to a full refund and they said that was against company policy. They WILL steal your money! I was able to dispute the charge with my credit card company but Afrozeh was terrible to deal with. DON’T ORDER!

The team has kept a 43k rps and are NOT returning my call, not replying to my social media messages nor giving me my outfit. DO NOT OREDER FROM THEM AND SAVE YOUR MONEY.

BIG SCAMMERS WITH A BRAND NAME

I ordered in October got told I will receive by December for my brothers wedding. I got told end of November that dress is out of stock and will be made in factory I will take 65 day to make it.
By that wedding will be over. I requested the refund but they refused and still I am chasing them Via emails msgs no response back.
I had nothing to wear for my brothers wedding and these people have awful customer service and have now even stopped replying to my messages.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

I placed four orders with Afrozeh for a total of about $1200. I have been contacting them for an update for shipping; one order arrived after 1.5 months with a torn dress. I sent them pictures of the dress but it has been more than a week without a response from them. I would highly discourage anyone from US or Canada to place any online orders with them! I contacted them on email, WhatsApp, instagram and on facebook; still no resolution to this date.
