Age UK Trading Incontinence Avis

Excellent products, advice and service. Would highly recommend.

Easy to use service with a range of effective products and fast delivery

Recommended by Mum’s carer. She needs night time incontinence pull-ups. Easy to use website, very good price, fast delivery.

My elderly neighbour's daughter is autistic and she asked me if I could possibly order wipes for her mother I'm elderly and thought it would take me ages to get the order processed. Wrong!!!!! It was so simple. Thank you so much for providing the service

I find the service extremely useful. The ability to change all aspect of future orders extremely useful. Incontinence is not consistent, so flexibility of orders is paramount. A wonderful service.

Found what I was looking for, very easy to order, item was well wrapped and quickly delivered

Very easy to order and reasonably priced

Being ordering for my relatives for over two years now competitive prices and next day delivery take the hassle of shopping for large size pads that sell out quickly at our local store. Everything we need it always in stock even over the Christmas period.

Competitive pricing, with good communication and flexible delivery service.

Easy to contact easy to order good prices quick delivery and excellent product would recommend to people will be buying from them again

The agents were so patient , courteous and friendly. I had been apprehensive since my problem had arisen because of an error I had made.!I need not have been .They were so helpful

Delivered the next day which was most important, as necessary for a medical procedure. Wasn’t sure which to get but website was pretty easy to navigate and found what I thought would be most suitable out of what was available. However all small/medium sizes unavailable which was disappointing so had to go for larger size. Would buy a different type next time, but this was ok in an emergency

Products and service by this company have always been excellent. Let down by poor courier used - EVRI.

Easy order process. Quick delivery from Evri . Vivactive bed / chair pads ,..... other uses ... a floor pad after a swim - or shower . Place to put wet / muddy shoes on , etc . great 👍

Quality product, promptly delivered (next working day on Standard Delivery)

I’m really disappointed with this company. I need to purchase incontinence items for my mum on a regular basis. I placed a large order and paid for next day delivery as the items were needed to transport to my mum who lives a distance away. I waited in all day and the next and the delivery didn’t arrive. I contacted the company who told me to wait and check again. I responded to say that the tracking still wasn’t working and I needed the items urgently. On the 2nd response the lady actually checked and identified an issue and reordered the items. I did receive the next day, 3 days after they were due. However, I had already had to travel to visit my mum so had to buy more pads from another provider (Amazon) to avoid a further journey. The final insult is that I was refunded £2 which is the difference between regular and next day delivery. It cost me a lot more in money and time to rectify their mistake. Product was good on receipt albeit packaging very damaged.

Easy to order, quick delivery, good price and good quality

Excellent website with a really good range of products. Easy to set up a regular order and they keep you informed when an order is due to be dispatched so that can alter it if needed.

very good service

Excellent service; no quibble discreet boxed delivery.
