Spoke with George as I had a few detailed questions which were not answered on the website or on the manufacturer's documentation. George called the manufacturer and got answers to all my questions within the hour and called me back. Total legend!

Needed a heater as heating broke phoned aircare appliances as used them before spoke to george w who was amazing as I didn’t know what I wanted put me on to hsg elite heat fan heater,was delivered next day wow thank you so much great heater,best company I’ve used,

First off this company restored my faith in good old customer service by Aircare. I didn’t know what I were looking for but these put me at ease from the word go. I were in need of an appliance but no idea what I needed till I got in touch with Aircare. In no time at all they put me at ease and pointed me in the right direction I needed to be. I would advise anyone who is looking for an appliance to use this company as they performed so professionally and couldn’t have done any more than they did. Excellent company and would not hesitate to use them again, all in all well satisfied with them.

Had a problem with my order but George went out of his way to sort it out very quickly, all sorted and happy with the ac unit now. Nice to see there are people who care about the customer are still around!

We have purchased an air purifier unit to help keep the air fresh in our toddler's room. We wanted to do everything possible to help us be rid of the many viruses he picks up at nursery.

The product is compact, very quiet and very easy to use. The display shows a numeric score of the current air quality and has different coloured backgrounds depending on if the score is good, ok or bad (green, blue and red). This is a brilliant idea as you can see immediately where it is without going near to the machine to actually read the numbers.

We are very happy with this air purifier, it works perfectly and has clearly been designed and manufactured to a very high standard. The customer sevice was fantastic too.

Very friendly and helpful communications with George who has promised to keep me updated with the delivery of my pre-order of the Meaco Superquiet 14000BTU portable air conditioning unit. A follow up call by Jay has assured me of a good experience of the company and I look forward to being updated during the middle of March with the delivery date.

I enquired about a portable air conditioning unit and found Matthew to be very knowledgeable. After he asked me some simple questions about what I needed it for and the size of my room etc, he made his recommendation. After some 'internet' research I found the price to be very reasonable. I paid for the unit and it was delivered two days later. I have unpacked the unit and am 'over the moon' with my purchase. I would recommend Aircare for any purchase and will definately buy from Matthew again, well done Aircare 👏

Matthew, Josh, George, Terry and Steve are all an amazing Team. Always very helpful, explaining g the benefits of the products I was interested in and explaining the Pros and Cons of each make and brand. Delivery time frames were explained and very fast. I couldn't of asked for a better experience. Highly Recommended!

Terrible experience - Ordered a Meaco Aircon unit from them. The aircon unit arrived with physical damage. They advised it was still useable and offered a partial refund, however upon speaking to Meaco they advised it wasn't the case and using a damaged unit would invalidate the warranty.

After this I arranged to return the unit. It was picked up and tracked the receipt of the unit. However the refund was not provided. Two emails were sent but I had nothing but radio silence. In the end I had to raise a Section 75 with the Credit Card company.

Terrible Customer Service so be on guard when dealing with this company.

I had been looking for a Master B360 for a while, a large high btu space heater. As is usual in this business, companies have them advertised for sale but when you enquire, they are ‘out of stock.’ However, thankfully I got in touch with Aircare & was told by representative George that he could get me one. A most helpful & knowledgeable guy who had the said heater delivered at the best price on the internet 2 days later.
I can’t recommend George & Aircare highly enough, great service.
