Purchased a dehumidifier from aircare and had a bit of trouble getting it setup as I wanted.
After speaking with George I was contacted by Dantherm directly who put me right.

Had a problem towards the end of warranty,George Wrigglesworth organised a speedy replacement.First class customer service,always accessible on phone line.Ignix dehumidifier great for clothes drying as well as dehumidifying.Great company great customer support staff.

Bought an air conditioning unit which although not available they upgraded it for a favourable model.

I had a great service from George - recommended a portable unit for me and some free items too - it was a great price and came the next day - looking forward to being cool this summer -couldn’t fault the whole experience .

I ordered a Powrmatic Air Conditioner and was told the installation cost was for two people. Damien arrived on his own fortunately with all the equipment and did a fine job but it did need two people to lift the unit into position.

Fab customer service, had a slight issue with my order but George was a star and sorted it all out. Communication was excellent would definitely recommend.
