Hello, asalaam alaikum. I just wanted to leave a quick review for Al Harmain Travel. I have done three DIY Umrah’s from the UK in the past, but this year, hotels were coming out very expensive. I spoke to Hamza Fiaz at Al Harmain who gave me a reasonable price for hotels and transfers. I also liaised with Haider Ali via what’s app with regards to my booking.

The transport that was sent to us was a new car. Transport was there ahead of time and the driver was professional.

Brother Hamza advised to book Shaza Makkah and Anwar Al Madinah Movenpick. Both hotels are a good fit. Currently in Shaza Makkah- cannot fault the hotel at all. The breakfast is one of the best that we have had during our travels. Smooth check in and excellent service. InshaaAllah Madinah will be a lovely experience too.

I just wanted to thank Al Harmain Travel for their exceptional service and communication. I often needed clarity and brother Hamza was always very responsive either by phone or email.

All in all, an excellent experience and InshaaAllah will use their services again.

I liaised with a young lady called Fizza throughout… she was very helpful and patient… I received a tailor-made package for Umrah. The transport service was very prompt and kept us up to date on timings.
The agents deserve 5 stars… they got 4 because of a few typing errors on their part causing minor confusion before leaving for the journey.

So finally got my refund!! Someone who said is supervisor called me and asked what happened, which I explained. He said the agent that was dealing with me was wrong and no longer works. He also apologised. I was then sent my refund of £200.

We received excellent service from Bilal Ahmed when putting our Umrah package together, he was very prompt and professional with all his responses and supported us in tailoring our package to suit our choices. Everything went very smoothly during our trip Alhamdulillah.

My only recommendation is that transport staff on the ground are a little more punctual.

Would definitely recommend and will
Use their services again insha Allah.

Jazakhallah to brother Hamzah he helped me so much and gave me excellent service and found me a great deal for my Dubai holiday. He was very good and patient. Al harmain is a good company to book holiday packages.

Had a number if conversations with staff member Hamza.
He was very accommodating, and knowledgeable regarding the hotels and his packages.
Having recently been to umrah I knew what i wanted and had a good idea of the local landscape , and so it was clear to me he knew the terrian and details around the Haramain Sharaifain.
Was able to provide realistic quotes that pretty much aligned with my research , but with the added security of letting him do all the leg-work for me in finding my package.

nice guy , will defo be in touch again.

Mr. Mohammed an agent of alharmaintravel.co.uk helped me like an angel & guided me so well about my quires for Umrah. Although couldn't get the chance to travel with them, but will definitely would love to travel with their provided services as they are very professional & helpful ppl. May ALLAH bless u & ur team.

Hamza Fiaz very helpful excellent service everything was exactly as he booked.
he has help me through out the booking.

I was liaising with Ali Haider, he found me the best deal with 5 star hotels and transfers included. He provided me with flights, hotel vouchers, visas and transfer vouchers on time. He provided me with information I needed. Can not fault this company. Everything was 5 star. Communication was great.

I booked an Umrah package for my parents with Al Haramain Travels with Haider. He was very helpful, spent a lot of time tailoring packages for me with all my needs. Very easy to talk to, informative and responsive. we booked Swissotel Makkah and Pullman zamzam madinah both with breakfast- hotels and breakfast was amazing especially for elderly. Private Transport was added at an extra cost- My parents were satisfied with the transport- the driver was accommodating with timings of pick up and drop off. Overall, an amazing experience with Al haramain travels.

Well where do I start!
First hotels booked vouchers issued, e-tickets issued, I asked for Umrah visa as I knew that they would not allow you to bring Zam Zam water back on Tourist visa few days later hotels cancelled because they were not confirmed in first place.
Then was asked to pay extra per person to arranged alternative hotels when I purched a package deal, flights, hotels, transferes at set price.
Eventually had to get the main company involved who Al haramin operate through and was told nit to pay any extra as package was price was agreed and paid in full.
Ended up with tourist visas and hotel far away from Haram.
Long story short got to Mecca, checked in ok, went to Madina the hotel that was apparently booked for us did not have a reservation for us. Contacted Alharamin and they told me to wait an hour whilst they look into it!
Please avoid this company if you want a stress free pilgrimage that's all I have to say.

I have booked umrah with Al-Haramain through Bilal who was very helpful booked best airline and nearest hotels to the holy mosques also arranged all transportation from Makkah to madinah to airports. I vey thankful to their help and understanding to my needs.

Not actually booked anything with them but they have been very helpful in terms of quotes and recommendations. Haider ali is who has been helping get the quotes. Replies are usually instantly. Messages are seen straight away.

In my recent search for Umrah Packages, I have been served by brother Bilal from Alharamain Travels. Even though I have not come to a position to take on a package from Alharamain Travels due to personal circumstances and decision making stages, I would like share with all the team of Alharamain Travels and their past, present and future customers, that Alharamain Travels has shown a great amount of customer care and their support to find the best packages and services for their customers. I would like to thank Alharamain Travels for hiring such highly profiled team member such as brother Bilal. Brother Bilal? JazakAllah for all the time spent on supporting me to full fill my needs, and appreciate all the patience you hold within you. InshaAllah you will be my first future choice when it comes to Umrah and flight search. May Allah give you good health and success in your profession.

Bilal Ahmad was very helpful from day 1 assisting with booking flights, accommodations and all transfers. Hotel in Makkah was very clean and ideal location to haram and very good customer services. I would genuinely recommend Al Haramain travel for your umrah package.

Big amazing thanks to brother Irfan Ameen. He took the time to perfectly plan our ummrah trip which included flights, hotels, visas, transfers, and everything in between. He was always quick to reply if we had any questions. He really did the best job and made sure every thing was in order and confirmed. This was our first ummrah and it was perfectly planned. The whole umrah experience and time in Makkah and Madinah was very smooth and worry free because of this package. JazakAllahu khayran for all your help we will definitely use again and recommend to our friends and family

Brother Hamza Fiaz
Jazak Allah karan for your help. I will still contact you if I book again insha Allah. Because you were kind, and patient, and tried to help me to find the right umrah package. You gave me your advice and did not pressurise me in buying something I was not sure about.

Farvin

Such a great customer service, very helpful and responsible. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

I booked 5 star package including flights and hotels for my parents and myself both in Makkah and Madina from Alharmain travel and GOD honest truth hotels were definitely 5 star, their services were exact what I have paid for. My parents were very happy with the facilities and services we have received during our visit to the Holy land and I would definitely recommend them to book your Umrah visit. Ahsan from Alharamain travel helped me to book everything as we asked him, even though whenever we have made changes he made amendments straight away without any issues. Very helpful and genuine person.
