I love the little touches, such as a personal note included in the parcel. Delivery was quick. I enjoy the updates about the little bird world going on all around us. I appreciate the actual name of the company, feeling relieved that I'm not a mean person trying to curb the bullying big boys, even though I realise they need to eat too. If only they would just share!

I was extremely pleased with my purchase of a bird feeder. I have tried a number but this one seems the most practical and was also reasonably priced. A bonus was a packet of free bird seed and an excellent guide to using the feeder.

The bird seed is great and much enjoyed by the small and larger birds. The difficulty is keeping the larger birds OFF the new feeder as the pigeons hand on to the edge of the plate into which the seeds drop, flapping their wings as they stick their heads through the bars to eat the seeds which have dropped into the lower plastic plate. The parakeets try hanging on but can't quite manage it, but both lots or birds scare off the small ones. My solution which I am still trying out was to wrap a crepe bandage around the lower rungs of the outer cage - that seems to be working and the bandage can be washed with the feeder itself. The bandage needs to be clipped in place with strong pegs

Was easy to order a free sample. Arrived in good time. But it was all 1 colour some birds ate it but majority went on my other feeder. As such a wide variety. It didn't help it got wet that but the birds off and didn't touch it until I removed it. I wouldn't be ordering

I was so impressed with this lovely little company, my new bird feeder was great and the birds loved it straight away.

Lovely company, so friendly and personal! The Medusa is keeping the pigeons at bay and I've seen the songbirds feeding their babies on the 'new families' food. Very happy indeed.

Good product. Only issue is website was not particularly user friendly. Had difficulty placing order, design/layout issue I think.

Had been looking for this particular bird feeder for a while - A Little Bird had it, Clare was super quick with the delivery, kept me in touch with the timetable and gave me some super freebie birdfeed - I'll definitely be back
