allgo make everything so simple to order and navigate and if there is a problem there is someone at the end of the phone. I ran into a problem and it was solved so efficiently by Joshua. He is so efficient.

I was having a bit of trouble with the payment on Revolut, and Vitoria was really kind and helpful.

Needed to make contact with allgo as I could not access my account. Got this resolved with Andrew within a few mins, excellent service, thank you !!

I would give this Allgo gift card zero stars, I was gifted this card last year and when I went to use it today it would not work, when I checked out the card on their website all the money was gone off the card due to “maintenance fees” these cards are a pure scam.

I ordered Allgo cards off Allgo this morning, it was very simple and straight forward. I was dealing with Aaron Cowzer and he was so helpful, answered all my questions and really added to the 5 star review !

Just pray for your card work in the first try, otherwise you won’t be able to use for weeks or at all since no one can solve a small problem. Frustrated and angry, that’s how I feel right now waiting for my bonus that was paid for them last month and is stuck in the this card with this lazy incompetent people for weeks. Oh and charge for new cards for their irresponsibility, that’s they do easily.

Card activation seem complicated. I contacted Allgo assistance. A lady called Amy came to my assistance and helped to sort my problems quickly and helped me activate my cards.

AVOID buying one of these cards - transaction visibility online is limited to 3 months. MORE IMPORTATNTLY - Allgo apply a €3.00 charge which is taken from your card 'EVERY MONTH' for doing absolutely NOTHING - SCAM

Very efficient and very fast

I ordered virtual employee reward cards for the company I work today at 14:00 and made the bank transfer shortly after. I received my own rewards card at 15:18. I read the reviews before hand and was very apprehensive due to the bad reviews, but we did not have many options in terms of virtual cards.

We will most definitely be making use of AllGo in future.

Not a good experience ! The overall process with card is not impressive and does not fall in the same index with TREATY.

Advance solution and good pay .

Really difficult to use, especially the login issues. Also, old card remain forever in the app as they cannot be deleted, so continuously defaults to the old cards.
The account and app don't seem to be linked and we always have issues trying to use the cards.
In fairness, customer services respond quickly, but very limited in what they can do. Just seems to be a very outdated system.

Was given this card on leaving the company - its nothing short of a disaster. Its a scam.

The card doesn't work here in France. Been rejected multiple times.

In the meantime, they are taking money for "account maintenance" - they must think we are idiots. Its a pure scam and unregulated like most finech in Ireland. The Central Bank is supposed to control these entities but they do nothing. So these scam companies operate with impunity.

I've been in contact but they are refusing to address my concerns.

I would put 0 if I could. Not user friendly at all and doesn’t work majority of time. The idea behind the gift card is great the implementation is terrible. I can’t access how much money I have on the card. I can’t access my account cause it won’t send me a reset password. Initially it took me 1 week to get card working. I understand some hurdles are necessary for privacy but cmon get it sorted lads

It doesn’t deserve even one star. Avoid it at all costs. This is the worst e-voucher you can gift to anyone. The delay and confusion is unreal.

Well, in my case it actually worked well, I forgot I still have digital card never used from before christmas, couldn't get new account activated as code wasn't send to my email, I took 5min for the customer service to pick up the phone and 5min to fix the problem, so not bad...

Two years running impossible to set up card let alone spend it.Help desk as useful as a chocolate fire guard.

Most frustrating platform, dreadful experience every year.
