Absolute shite!

Absolute shite!! Worst website ever, cannot redeem my daughters card for her from work may aswell throw it in the bin! It’s a shame she can’t pick where her bonus comes from because it wouldn’t be here!

No Christmas Bonus !

Absolutely appalling .. 2 of our staff didn't receive their Christmas Bonus due to the incompetency of All Go - Can you imagine their dissappointment? End of January 1 staff member is sorted - still waiting for the other to be sorted. I have asked for a refund - but they cant issue a refund until they issue the card. They havent managed to issue a card since 17.12.2024 - so I don't hold up much hope !! Ombudsman I think. Edit : finally got card on 29th January after a series of emails - where they actually tried to blame the Storm on Friday the 24th for the delay !! Used them las year - no problem - definitely wont be back to them next Christmas.

Our company had paid you and left our…

Our company had paid you and left our bank account but we could not transfer to staff beacsue your systems couldnt find it. Complete disaster. Missed the whole christams window. Trying to conatct you know on the site and webchat and e-mail less than useless. not even an acknolwedgement that my e-mail looking for help has been received. Your CS experience needs a complete overhaul. Will be looking for alternative suppliers next year.

Unprofessional, Unresponsive, and Ridiculous – Avoid AllGo Gift Cards

My experience with AllGo Gift Cards has been nothing short of a disaster. Their website and portal are a complete mess—confusing to use and riddled with errors. Despite carefully following the instructions provided, I couldn’t register my card. Instead, the portal kept throwing the same error, asking me to contact their office for assistance.

Over the past weeks, I’ve tried emailing them multiple times and calling their office repeatedly, but they don’t seem bothered to reply or answer the phone. Today, to my shock, they closed my support ticket, claiming the case was resolved, even though the problem remains unresolved. This level of incompetence is beyond frustrating.

What’s even more unprofessional is the lack of basic courtesy in their communication when closing the ticket. They don’t address customers by name in their emails, making their responses feel impersonal and dismissive. Their refusal to provide proper support or take responsibility is absolutely unacceptable.

If you’re considering purchasing a gift card, steer clear of AllGo Gift Cards. Their service is a waste of time, money, and patience. There are far better and more reliable companies out there that treat their customers with respect and deliver on their promises.

Have bern trying to ring for days with…

Have bern trying to ring for days with no answer, sent an email - NO REPLY ordered the gift card on the 7th November and still no sign of it. My partner rang the end of November and got through and was told to give it a week, shocking customer service. Two days before Christmas and still no gift card or help from anyone at all go

Read the emails from customer service for a laugh!

I could explain the horrendous customer service but I think the email chain says more than I ever could. Congrats Allgo for making it to my no 1. "worst customer experience ever" slot!

I asked Gary when it would be possible for him to call me back but he's obviously decided he wants nothing further to do with this situation either as I still haven't had any response from him.

Meanwhile €3,000 of these cards are floating around somewhere in Ireland and I have no idea if/when I will ever receive them. What's truly amazing is their lack of responsibility, resolution, interest or acknowledgement. The hilarious thing is that I paid a small additional sum for expedited delivery but after 2 weeks it's looking less likely by the day they will ever make it. It's turning into an interesting dinner table conversation and I am spreading the word everywhere I can so others don't make the same mistake as me. Next year we'll try SWIRL as they do the same thing essentially and have good reviews too. I suggest for the sake of your sanity any readers do the same...

Terrible customer service experience

Terrible customer service experience. Issues both years I have received these gift cards and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to customer service. Verification issues both years! Only receiving generic email responses with steps on how to activate card, just copy and pasted from the website (no help) despite providing all information on initial contact form stating the ACTUAL issue. Still waiting for a resolution, no access to funds and no help from customer service. Dont use this company!

Ordered and paid for €10,600 worth of…

Ordered and paid for €10,600 worth of cards for my staff on December 9th. Allgo confirmed receipt on 12th, and received and email today, 19th Dec that they will be ready soon for collection by DPD. We will not have them for our staff before Christmas. Never ever again will I deal with an "outfit" like this!! Don't bother calling them. As 60 minutes on hold you get cut off!!

If I could give no stars I would.
I have tried contacting this company several times and they just won’t pick up. Absolutely horrendous customer service!!! I have emailed them and no reply back.
I have tried to activate my card and it keeps saying the card is associated with another account. I tried my own surname that was attached with the gift card and it would not work so I tried activating it under my boyfriends name and stilll nothing. I have over €400 on the giftcard and I simply cannot use it. Please all go gift card customer service pleaseeee reply so I can get this sorted.

I'd give negative stars if it was possible.
Ordered cards for the company I work for. Paid straight away to not have delays. We should have got the cards at the beginning of this week and no sign. First I got an email saying the cards were on the way. No sign of it. Tried contact with customer service that seem to not exist. Emailed to all possible emails, and no answers at all.
I have no doubt this is the worst experience ever with online shopping.
I am sure my boss will go back to the old one4all next time. At least those are guaranteed...
No chance you can keep customers with this non-existent customer service, still worse, not delivering the products.

Customer service is way too poor

Customer service is way too poor. Takes several days to get answer and never picks up phone. The registration for card system is not user-friendly either. Too complicated and takes very long time.

Review for Allgo

I am thoroughly disappointed with Allgo's customer service experience. It's one thing to have issues with a product or service, but the lack of any real customer support makes everything exponentially worse.

Trying to get in touch with their customer service is a nightmare. It feels like they don't care about their customers at all. There’s no responsiveness, no clear communication, and certainly no effort to resolve issues. I reached out multiple times, only to be met with either complete silence or generic, unhelpful responses.

For a company that touts itself as innovative and customer-focused, they have failed miserably in delivering even the most basic level of support. If they cannot invest in a proper support system, how can they expect customers to trust them?

I would not recommend Allgo to anyone until they seriously overhaul their customer service. Customers deserve better than being left in the dark when issues arise. Save your time and money and look elsewhere!
