Please please can you deal with my query. I ordered 3k worth of vouchers for my staff on the 6th December. I paid immediately and the payment is gone through on my bank account. I was notified last Friday that you did not receive the payment. Despite constant efforts to call and emails sent , I am no further on towards resolving the issue. I need the vouchers for Friday.

Who refuses to answer a phone call..
Issuing automated responses of no help whatsoever. Their so called customer service numbers are just a front where you will be directed to web site. Disaster
No response received from them
No response received from them. Worst service. 3 days since I've been calling and emailing, nothing has been solved. Moreover, my issue is literally because I'm not getting a verification email from these people to even log into my account.

This company is a big joke. I din’t receive my card yet. Since 4/11. Customer service doesn't exist. The worst way to get a Christmas gift ever. Many hours hanging on the phone. Last call I mede 10 days ago and lady from CS confirmed it will be shortly i a few days. They are liars and ignored customers. Highly not recommend. Avoid this card if possible.
Non existent customer service
I received a gift card last year and set up the account and used the card.
I received one again this year and in order to use the card online I need to put in a 4 digit secure pin which was set up last year and I can't remember it.
I rang the helpline on Thursday for 45 minutes and got cut off so I emailed them, I received an email on Sunday with instructions to solve my problem but the steps I was told to take did not work. I emailed them back straight away and haven't received a response.
I rang the help line again this morning and was on hold for 1 hour and then they cut me off again. I have also rang the sales and corporate sales help line as I am so desperate to get help but I have been on hold to both options for over 30 minutes at a time.
There is zero customer service with Allgo and it is extremely frustrating and disappointing. It feels like they have one person looking after all customer service and it feels like once they have their money they don't care about anything else after that.

Again.... the worst gift card you can give your employee... So much wasted time last year before I somehow get this card to work(activated) and this year AGAIN with a differences after couple days fighting with their website still cannot activate a card. Its even not a joke! Their phone number doesnt work and emails are useless. So frustrated

Awful company, hate these cards, issues with unlocking every year, "helpline" is a joke, e-mails go unanswered and they ask for a lot of personal information which I'm very uncomfortable with, major gdpr concerns. The worst I've ever had to deal with.

Every Christmas my husband receives a card from his work place ane every year i have the same issues activating the card .I have spend half the day on hold trying to get through to them ,i have emailed them .When i try to go in my account its says invalid details,when i reset password it won't accept new one .When i try to sign up for new account with different email ,it just keeps refreshing .I am sick to death of crappy App and worse customer service.Have the decency to answer the phone as this is unacceptable behaviour when you are getting paid to do a service .

This is the worst gift card I have ever received. To buy something online, this thing should not exceed the amount on this card. Paying half the amount from a gift card and the rest from a bank card is IMPOSSIBLE. Topping up a gift card to increase the amount of money on a gift card is IMPOSSIBLE. In short - A headache is the best Christmas present)))

Terrible Experience with Allgo Gift Card – Avoid at All Costs!
I had the worst experience with Allgo Gift Card. While attempting to recharge my Luas card, the transaction failed, but the money was still deducted from my gift card. The merchant confirmed they didn’t receive the money, leaving me in a frustrating limbo.
I immediately tried contacting Allgo to resolve the issue, but their customer service has been nothing short of appalling. They ignored my email, and when I called, I was told to wait 30 days before they could even investigate. Meanwhile, my balance shows an inconsistency: the “current balance” and “available balance” have been different for over a week, yet Allgo refuses to release my money.
This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of regard for their customers. It’s ridiculous to have to wait a month for money that was wrongly deducted! A shameful Irish company with no accountability. Avoid their services – you’ll save yourself a lot of frustration.

You need nerves of steel
While the cards in general are better than the crappy one4all they often fail (despite all the 3DS stuff being enabled). The app is crap - you can't read the card details clearly, it shows incorrect balances, etc. allgo doesn't reply to emails despite making good money on these cards.
DO NOT BUY Would not recommend!
Would not recommend. This is my second year buying all go gift cards from company for employees including myself and it is the most complicated process trying to access the digital cards. Had so much trouble last year so paid for the digital + cards this year thinking it would be easier and it is worse. It just keeps bringing me to last years card in my app and we have no way of accessing the new card. On the phone with customer service now and they have no clue either and just want me off the phone and said it is a known issue with iPhones that you can't access new cards
With regards the reply below. Yes I have the card on account now but I tried using on Amazon and I am getting messages all day saying there is a problem with payment card. This is happening to mine and husbands. I have been onto customer service on phone and email. No resolution just to wait and investigate once they were done blaming Amazon. 30 days for refund!!!!DO NOT BUY ALLGO REWARDS CARDS.

terrible card to get as gift
We received a gift of an AllGo card. After one use it was left in a drawer, and it's now empty a year on. Customer care were quick to respond to my query and stated that they cannot refund any missing money due to their policy of fees. (€3 per month is taken after it's used and it's very clear on their website!!!) I was totally disgusted and will never purchase such a card. At least All4One will replenish a card when asked.

Easy to use Mastercards!
Their Mastercards can be used everywhere which is a huge plus. Would definitely buy for staff again!
Card still not working 1 year on!
Nearly 1 year later and still cannot use my funds!
Absolute joke. I work in software development so should have some hope navigating their trash website but God love anyone who struggles with tech.
Support are useless and unhelpful.
