Bought 2021 Buick Encore Gx from Buick dealer on 07/22/2026.Certfied and checked out.On are about 07/26/2026 noticed message on dash "CAL" thought it was related to mileage rest for fuel economy discovered
it wasGPS system related . Returned to dealer and it is GPS antenna $828 repair.I purchase Alpha warranty on the 22nd when I bought the car.I filed a claim on 08/18 2026 which Alpha denied saying it was pre-existing and to appeal dealer would have to provide flash screen report.Buik dealer said GM module in car would NOT support flash freeze Alpha INsisted claim woud be denied even if they cannot support that is was pre-existing !!!DO NOT USE THIS BUNCH SAVE YOUR MONEY.

I provided my warranty information to Tri-City Chrysler Dodge Dealership and they were able to process my claim with no issue. Thank you Alpha Warranty Service.

horriable service, alignment not covered when a wheel bearing is replaced, a bolt not covered when parts replaced, catalytic converter, not covered when ignition caused gas to fill converter and plug it, a vehicle stated to be available is argued and not available . bring the vehicle back many times for same problem.

Well I was not sure about buying the extra warranty on this Ram promaster but the salesman at this small dealership said that this is a good investment for your vehicle and explain what is covered in this warranty I was skeptic at first, but he sold it and Iam happy that he did, your company came thur for me and my Van because of your warranty that I purchased,

1 STAR — ONLY BECAUSE ZERO STARS ISN’T AN OPTION

Stay away from Alpha Warranty Services. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever dealt with.

My claim started on July 10, 2026. Today is August 19, 2026, and I am STILL waiting for them to resolve a repair that Tesla says takes approximately two hours.

It has now been 40+ days, 23 phone calls, several emails, conversations with employees and managers, time off work, rental car expenses, and an unbelievable amount of stress—and they still have not paid for the approved repair.

In my experience, they have done everything possible to avoid paying this claim. I was initially given information that contradicted their own contract. I literally had to use their own contract language to prove their denial was wrong. Eventually, they approved the approximately $2,600 repair, but approving a repair means very little when they still refuse to actually pay Tesla so the work can be completed.

I rented a car under the impression that Alpha would pay for the covered repair and reimburse at least a portion of my rental expenses. I have now spent my own money on a rental, missed work, spent hours and hours on the phone, and dealt with so much unnecessary stress that I genuinely felt physically sick from it.

Now, after all of this, they want ME to pay for the approved repair out of pocket, with a promise that they will reimburse me afterward, instead of simply paying Tesla directly. Given everything I have already experienced, I asked them to put that promise in writing by email before I spend another $2,600, because I am not willing to pay the repair myself and then risk being told something different afterward.

During this claim, I have spoken with Matthew C., Laura Q., Zach S., Kristi S., Gilda G., Ashley B., Danielle D., Faviola V., Selena C., Sarah J., Gracey P., Nathan C., and Kellie N.

I received conflicting and, in my experience, misleading information throughout this process. It wasn't until I spoke with Nathan C. that I finally received some accurate and useful information. He did not resolve the problem, but at least he provided new forms to complete and a different email address where they needed to be sent.

My experience with Selena C. was particularly unacceptable. I believe the way my situation was handled by her deserves serious review by Alpha's management.

I paid approximately $5,000 for this warranty. Think about that: I paid them $5,000 for coverage, and when I finally needed an approximately $2,600 repair, I had to fight for more than 40 days just to get them to approve it—and even after approval, I am STILL fighting to get them to actually pay for it.

Had I simply kept the $5,000 instead of buying this warranty, I could have paid Tesla the $2,600 myself, had my car repaired, and avoided more than a month of phone calls, rental expenses, missed work, arguments, and stress.

I have already filed a complaint with the Georgia Office of Commissioner of Insurance and Safety Fire regarding how this claim has been handled.

I cannot express strongly enough how terrible this experience has been. Based on what I have personally gone through, I would never purchase another warranty from this company.

Please do your research before giving them your money. If your friends or family are considering an Alpha warranty, tell them to research it carefully as well.

Stay away.

I am giving them 1 star only because 0 stars is not an option. If I could give them negative 10 stars, I would.

Don't listen to any NEGATIVE review. This company has seriously lived up to their end of the bargain. I have had two very expensive issues on my Mercedes and Apha Warranty as approved both. I was expecting "fine print" declinations, but they are coving MAJOR repairs. I am an Alpha customer for life!

Alpha is a terrible warranty company. Do not use this company.
They denied my claim on a structural mechanical failure because the component wasn’t listed… not excluded. Just not listed.
When I told them
I wanted to cancel my policy and get a refund, Alpha told me the prorated refund would be based on time AND MILEAGE! This is an unlimited mileage policy.
I will take every chance I can get to deliver horrible reviews for this scam of a company.
After 38 years in the automotive industry , I have enough contacts to have at least the impact on their business that they have had on my wallet.

The absolute worst. I bought the truck a month ago and the condenser has a hole on THE BACK of the condenser due to the condenser mount falling off, claim was denied due to “road debris” and the warranty told the dealership “if it’s road debris or not we’re not covering it”. I paid the for the premium warranty that covers absolutely nothing…. Save your money and get it from someone else EDIT… alpha warranty tried blaming the repair facility for saying it was road debris when in fact my insurance adjuster and the repair facility both said it was mechanical failure and the only one who said it was road debris was the only one who didn’t look at it which was Alpha warranty EDIT since I can’t reply. You’re lying again because the repair facility said it was mechanical and the insurance adjuster said it was mechanical. The only people who said it was road debris was the one who didn’t look at it which was you. I was standing right there when he was on the phone. Look at you trying to lie

Alpha Warranty is a Scam. They do not pay claims as they should. They short cut procedures like when the A/C compressor had to be replaced on our MB GLS 450 they excluded the Drier and Expansion valve. ASA replacement procedures always call for the Drier and Expsnsion valve to be replaced. Now system still not fixed. There warrantys first say things are covered and then further in the warranty they “un-latch” themselves from what is in the paragraphs before just said are covered. It is written in the language of “”talking out both sides of there mouth Jibberish”. Total rip-off Scam. All you Dealers out there selling Alpha crap are also culprits due to there aiding and abetting these Crooks. UPDATE; the contact is under Pleas D Anderson II. The car is at Sowell MB in Schetrz Texas. Hey crooks at Alpha Rip Off warranty- just call your numb nut adjuster in San Antonio Texas. Alpha did not follow ASE standared compressor replacement protocol. They choose to SKIP the dryer and expansion valve replacement when they authorized the AC compressor to be replaced. They did not follow ASE A/C compressor change out protocols and it turned around and bit them right in there Cheap Crooked Ass!! DO NOT BUY ANY ALPHA WARRANTY. RUN !!
