Alpha Warranty Services Avis 

I would not recommend Alpha warranty to anyone! Not only do they make you jump through every hoop, they also lie. My auto repair shop sent them an itemized bill with everything they needed and they flat out said they didn’t have it. I broke down on a Friday afternoon with a fully loaded pick up truck. I then called their roadside assistance and they said they pinned me at a totally different city! They would only cover 15 miles for a tow but actually I was only 4 miles from the Auto Repair shop I found. I was unsure of what they were saying so I hung up and I used my own insurance roadside assistance. Now going through them for an authorized repair takes days, plus no repair shop will release the vehicle without full payment. I fixed my starter and paid for it myself hoping for some kind of refund, but they flat out denied my claim. I’m canceling this contract and recouping some of my money because I don’t trust them!! Just read their reviews you’ll see how bad they are, go with any other warranty company.

If I could give them less than one star I would. They have been dragging out my warranty claim for WEEKS. Every time I call them they want something else. My mechanic sends information, they say they didn't get it. (He has emailed, sent information and images in the app, sent it via a secure link, ect.) I have been in the lobby of the mechanic shop and witness him sending this in and speaking with them. They are being extremely dishonest. I am actively seeking a lawyer to deal with Alpha Warranty's shady behavior.

A few months back my transmission went out had to get my vehicle towed to the closest dealership to my house I had to pay for the tow out of pocket, next day I met the supervisor from the service department at the dealership he started my claim, got home 4 hours later get a call from the supervisor from the dealership I was warned that Alpha warranties was only going to cover the cost of a used transmission or they would only cover $5,000 of a new transmission I called Alpha Warranties and they confirmed what the supervisor had told me, I called the supervisor back and said I don't want a used transmission seeings how these are CVT transmissions, he agreed I had to pay $2600 out of pocket which was not a quick process and it took me about a month to get my vehicle back. 3 weeks ago my turbo went out well a part in the turbo, I didn't know at the time it was the (waste gate). Called the supervisor at the dealership he said the turbo should be under warranty I agreed I was told the turbo was before I financed the vehicle, set up an appointment go and drop off the vehicle I chose to get a rental through hertz from the Uber rental program so I can keep making money vs last time sitting around pulling my hair out. Got a call from the supervisor at the dealership 2nd day was told there is a problem with my warranty company he said that only LUBRICATED PARTS ARE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY!!!!!!! (Waste Gates) Are a non-lubricated part, well I do not have a dino at home to communicate with my car after changing certain parts and well I had a rental so I told the supervisor yea go ahead and do the work, called Alpha they said in the Bi laws under section blah blah flipping blah the part is not lubricated and they are not going to cover the dam cost I chewed them out trying to get them to change there minds which was dum and a waste of a phone call. Now hertz screwed me over, so no more rental, no more cash flow, I've been a Uber driver for 6 wonderful years and now I have to get a 9-5 and save up another $2400 in order to get my dam car back. Alpha Warranties is the worst flipping Warranty company I have ever dealt with and I think anyone who has left them a complemented 5 * review is lying or AI created reviews. If I had the money I would sue this company at the same time if I had money I would not have been waiting for my car to get out of dealership jail.

TRASH COMPANY. THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO NOT PAY A CLAIM. SHOWED PROOF OF ENGINE FAILURE, STILL DENIED EVEN THOUGH THE CUSTOMERS WARRANTY INCLUDED ENGINE REPLACEMENT.

Alpha Warranty Services contract bought though North Star Lexus in San Antonio Texas on a used 2019 Mecedes Benz GLS450 sucks. They do not offer the additional packages that cover most bullshit break downs like line leaks, lighting, and misc. other problems. Alpha does not cover what they know are going to come-up as problems. Alpha Warranty and North Star Lexus both suck!!

My name is Jeremiah Jamison, and I purchased the premier warranty package that is supposed to cover everything on my vehicle. I have had this vehicle for 8 months and barely drive it. The front differential started leaking gear oil, and I was told by my warranty advisor that this would not be covered under my warranty. When I asked why I was told it was due to the leak itself. This doesn’t make sense to me or the workers at the local Mercedes dealership where I live. I asked to speak to a manager about this issue and was told that my information would be given to a manager to contact me as soon as possible. I have not been contacted to date. I feel like someone dropped the ball resulting in poor customer service and poor communication to resolve this issue. I have questions about why this is not covered under my warranty and would like answers.

There was much deception in the sales pitch. I was supposed to have a 100.00 deductible and ended up paying 530.00 of a needed repair. The only reason I purchased this warranty is because I am on a fixed income and could not afford to pay repairs.

It took almost a year to get it fixed, but it was done. The dealer did not recognize it at first.

They honored my warranty and my car is being repaired

Great warranty my truck was down and they covered most of the price I’m so happy and glad I have this warranty I only make so much at my job so they definitely helped me out and I appreciate them thank you alpha

The service center i took it to has been a horrible experience but alpha has answered all my questions throughout the process and has kept me updated with awesome service.

We had an issue with the coolant control valve on my wife's car. What sounded like an $800+ job is being covered by Alpha Warranty Services, and we're only paying our $100 deductible. Definitely worth the money!
