Two faulty diffusers and very poor customer service
I ordered two Nebula waterless diffusers, and neither works properly. I’ve contacted the company asking to return them for a refund, but all I get back are generic troubleshooting emails that don’t resolve anything or address my request.
It’s incredibly frustrating having to chase a refund for products that don’t work as they should. Customer service has been very poor.
I bought these because of the positive Trustpilot reviews, but my experience has been completely different. It’s seriously knocked my confidence in relying on those reviews when buying products.
An awful experience and a waste of money. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend them.

Easy ordering and kept up to date on delivery..
These diffusers are beautiful slim and elegant.
They are easy to operate with good instructions included.
The oils smell lovely and fill the room.
I would definitely buy again.

Came across this company online and thought let's try them and I did, very satisfied with the quality of the diffuser and most of the scents are very nice and luxurious,
So would recommend to give them a try 👍

Easy to order, quick delivery and most importantly, they work! I have spent so much money on other devices that became waste of money but would highly recommend trying these out, my house smells amazing!

A really good company to deal with. Their essential oils are a quality product. I bought five and they are all lovely, my favourite is the Cashmere Amber - just a really gorgeous aroma around my house.

Excellent. Great choice of diffuser oils, I've bought buy 3 pay for 2 - fabulous. Speedy delivery - can't fault on any way. Thank You.

great company and good products, would highly recommend both the nebula for small spaces and the oils

Easy to order on the website , oil diffuser great value and easy to use , great value

Delivery was quick the product is easy to work. Oils smell lovely House smells amazing

Very fast delivery. I ordered 2 diffusers, very smart looking, sturdy. They came well packaged. I would recommend this company, you won’t be disappointed.

I bought one 2 weeks ago im well impressed so ordered another last week. Highly recommended you won't go wrong purchasing one of these diffusers. Top quality and no problems at all.

A lovely company to buy from. No hassle and a speedy delivery. I purchased a diffuser and since then some oils which have the most amazing aroma. Visitors are always commenting on how lovely the flat smells.

I ordered a diffuser for myself and a collection of oils from Aluxury. When it arrived I was absolutely delighted with the quality of the product. Far exceeded my expectations. It looks and feels a high end product. It also works so well and fills the whole of my large double height hall way with beautiful smells.

Indeed it was so lovely that I bought another one for my friend.

They arrived promptly and well wrapped secure and looking their best. So far so good. :-)

I received the diffuser as a gift. I had seen good reviews but wasn’t prepared for how much I would love it! The oils are fantastic quality/value for money and I’m currently working my through the range. Speedy delivery too. Would recommend this company!

I don’t normally leave reviews. To make matters worse, as a small business owner myself I know this is frustrating. I purchased the Nebula diffuser after coming across it online. I’ve had a few cheaper versions in the past that ended up in the bin, but I was desperate to stop spending over £50 a month on plug in refills. I can honestly say I was blown away with how good it is. I have a large house and am in the process of ordering more. While I appreciate to some people, the base unit may be a considered purchase, I now wouldn’t be without it. Genuinely pleased I made the right choice.

I just love this, bergamot and white tea. You really don’t need to have this running for a long time I have mine on 1hr low setting.

The entire house smells like a fancy hotel, in summer, blue sky and peace if peace has a smell….. I just smile

Brilliant service ,fast delivery

Really impressed with this diffuser. It's great quality and has numerous modes and settings, all of which work. The set up is quick and easy and my car has never smelled so good. Perfect size for a car cup holder and lots of battery life. It was shipped quickly and well packaged.

This diffuser was recommended to me, ordering easy & really pleased that it was something quick to arrive well packed & with good notifications. Its very easy to use & the size is perfect for placing discreetly in any room.

I recently purchased the Nebula Waterless Diffuser from Aluxury after reading about the benefits of waterless diffusers, and I’m genuinely impressed. The Nebula stood out to me because it offers far more flexibility than other brands, especially with its timer and misting settings.

The diffuser itself is beautifully designed — sleek, minimalist, and finished with a lovely metal shell. I chose the grey version, which looks elegant in any room. The touch controls on the top are intuitive.

It diffusers fragrance beautifully and it seems to disperse much better than water diffusers. Im also finding the scents linger longer once the diffuser is switched off which makes it quite economical as it dosent eat through your oils too quickly.

Delivery was hassle‑free, item arrived as expected, well packaged and presented lovely. It also arrived in a timely manner! The whole experience with ALUXURY was smooth. A great company to buy from and a diffuser I’m genuinely pleased with, in fact im considering another one for my office but this time in white, ill definitely be getting it from Aluxury.
