Aluxury® Avis

I recently purchased the Nebula Waterless Diffuser from Aluxury after reading about the benefits of waterless diffusers, and I’m genuinely impressed. The Nebula stood out to me because it offers far more flexibility than other brands, especially with its timer and misting settings.

The diffuser itself is beautifully designed — sleek, minimalist, and finished with a lovely metal shell. I chose the grey version, which looks elegant in any room. The touch controls on the top are intuitive.

It diffusers fragrance beautifully and it seems to disperse much better than water diffusers. Im also finding the scents linger longer once the diffuser is switched off which makes it quite economical as it dosent eat through your oils too quickly.

Delivery was hassle‑free, item arrived as expected, well packaged and presented lovely. It also arrived in a timely manner! The whole experience with ALUXURY was smooth. A great company to buy from and a diffuser I’m genuinely pleased with, in fact im considering another one for my office but this time in white, ill definitely be getting it from Aluxury.

Diffuser arrived very quickly and was everything I hoped it would be. Would definitely recommend this company.

Amazing high quality nebula diffuser and great customer service!

Email communication regarding order was great, the delivery was quick and very well packaged.
I love these oil blends and the diffuser. They are beautiful and great quality.

Was looking for a waterless diffuser, because let's face it, who can be bothered to keep making the effort to fill it up with water. Then it goes all messy with limescale and stale water! Did a lot of research and found the Nebula Diffuser. It had some great reviews and was on special offer too! I bought the grey one, and it looks lovely in my lounge. I have had it for 3 days now, and it's amazing. Have lemon scented oil in it at the moment. Had it on a quick setting where it gives 15 seconds of scent, then 2 minutes of rest, then repeat. Found not much scent filled the room, so changed setting and that certainly made a difference! Great product and highly recommend! Loads of options on oils. Also the fact it's rechargeable is a huge bonus. Battery lasts for over 100 hours before recharging via the supplied USB.

The oils for the waterless mister are truly amazing. They are strong in scent and can be smelt all over my home. I have bought scents several times and have not been disappointed. The scents are so strong that sometimes I don't wait for the timer to switch of I do it myself and therefore the oils last even longer saving me money

Best diffuser that I have had, great at filling room with great scent and their customer support is fantastic and always reply quickly. Will only buy there oils. Quick delivery which is great.
Great battery life which is a bonus.

Highly recommend Aluxury ❤️

I wanted a high quality waterless defuser and wow...I got what I wanted. The build quality is 2nd to none.
Alloy and very high grade plastics. The room smells fantastic with the fantastic range of scents available.
The scents are made from natural extracts from flowers and plants. You will not fill your home or car with dangerous chemicals with the Aluxury brand products.
I'm very happy as you can tell. Even the packaging is high quality almost like the apple brand uses.
Fast delivery.

Great product easy to set up and use fantastic aroma fills up the whole room

Ordering was very simple and very quick to deliver a day early so pretty much took two days from start to finish.
The diffuser itself is really good and the scent throw is great. I have 3 others one room that barely touch the sides. This one alone fills the room easily with your chosen scent.
I purchased this after reading other reviews and I'm glad I did. I will be buying more.

The waterless diffuser is great, just pop in a bottle of oil fragrance, set the timer( if you want the timer), it's a small, neat little gadget that looks lovely.
I have mine at the top of my stairs on the landing and my whole house smells great.
I have used waterless diffusers before but the gives out more scent over a much bigger area than my previous one.
The item was delivered quickly and well packaged.
The oils are really strong, I ordered Calm scent which I find is a little too woody for me but it is good quality. I will try other fragrances in the future.

The designer fragrances are superb and smell gorgeous, indistinguishable from the real fragrances. They fill your room with a beautiful perfume. I will be purchasing again.

This diffuser is an excellent product that gets rid of those air-fresheners hanging up in the windscreen.

This company's products are excellent quality; I have ordered from them before and I am a very satisfied customer. This time, I ordered the Nebula waterless diffuser with both citronella and lemongrass essential oils. Delivery is really fast and the products are packaged really well, so everything arrives in perfect condition.

Prompt delivery nicely packaged. Lovely smelling oils.
Excellent.

Order number AY110362 - product not fit for purpose, went through all troubleshooting steps and this business try to wriggle out of their obligations.

Product does not perform to advertised standard and I will be initiating chargeback via credit card. To all other customers, make sure you pay with credit card!

This diffuser was recommended to me, im so glad I bought this, fantastic price and the oils smell divine, would highly recommend this item.

Really faultless ordering & customer service. The diffuser is perfect in the car & met my expectations. The fragrance blends are lovely too. Would recommend.👌🏻

Struggled to find a rechargeable diffuser (hate trailing cables). This one was good value, attractive and functions well (early days, I know) - so far so pleased

So I have recently invested in The White Company’s reed diffuser and have fallen in line with their scent Santa Rosa so thought I’d invest in their oil for diffusers and went on the lookout for one that could use other brands oil. This looked
Perfect. How wrong I was. Firstly the charge only lasted 3 days not the 120 hours as stated. The diffuser has 2 programmes with 3 settings. One programme lasts a maximum of 3 hours and turns Off, the other is on constantly but you cannot smell the scent at all! Unless your noise is right next to it. Not for me. So after several emails to customer service I asked for my money back as it comes with a 30 day money back guarantee, right? … yeah, only if you don’t use it!! What a gimmick! customer service are now ignoring me after repeating my request for a refund. My reed diffusers are better than this. Now on the lookout for a diffuser that sprays regularly and actually scents the room!
