I'm absolutely stoked with the service I've received from AM Custom Clothing. Rebekah (my account manager) was brilliant right from the start. She was so patient, particularly when on the cusp of finalising the order, I realised I'd done a stupid thing and the whole order needed to be reconfigured.

When I received the t shirts there was a slight issue with the position of the print. When I contacted AM Custom Clothing about the problem I was half expecting to be guided towards some small print telling me that I'd have to accept them. But no, Rebekah arranged for the t shirts to be returned for inspection (with no cost to me) and they were reprinted without any argument, fuss or quibble.

In these times were it seems everyone is just out to make a fast buck without any care for service or standards it's incredibly refreshing to deal with an organisation with integrity.

My theory is everyone makes mistakes. It's how we deal with them that's important. I can't recommend AM Custom Clothing enough and I'm looking forward to placing my next t shirt order with them.

I required 30 shirts to be made on a short turnaround. Rebekah was my account manager, and communicated with me to ensure my t-shirt requirements fit what was proposed. The payment process was simple and my shirts arrived on the date I required. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was, I was not sent any tracking information. I ended up sending an email on the delivery date asking where my order was, due to no postal information. Other than that, I will use again. Thanks all involved!

A.M. Custom clothing were great from the very beginning. They helped me with the design - checking it was a suitable size and even changed the colour for me. The t-shirts were delivered with no problems and they looked great. We wore them for a mud run - and they survived! They have even been washed and have come up really well - still looking like new!

2 x t-shirts arrived today - they are really good quality heavy weight t-shirts and the print is spot on.
I asked for a 'rush' on my order and this was received right on time. Very happy and impressed with the very responsive customer service on any queries I had throughout.

We have used A.M. Custom Clothing for several T shirt runs for our 'Bridestones Rewilded' t-shirts, as we were looking for organic, ethical, vegan products at a competitive price for our fundraising efforts.

We have been really impressed by the quality and soft feel of the t-shirts, the clarity of the printing, and how well the t-shirts wash - several of our supporters have bought multiple t-shirts, they love them so much!

I'll be perfectly honest, there was a slight mix up with the shirt I ordered, thats life, things like this happen but the issue was dealt with straight away and resolved without any fuss. From beginning to end, A.M. Custom Clothing were so helpful. Regular updates on delivery. Also the quality of the t-shirts were excellent, exactly what we wanted!

At this point I haven't even made an order, so why review? Well, Rebekah has just been so helpful! While the online design program is pretty straightforward and idiot proof, I still managed to get a bit confused. Rebekah couldn't have been more patient and helpful. Over the course of a number of emails (basically a free online tutorial) she sorted all my issues out and even managed to reduce the price of the unit price for each t-shirt by £4! From my first email reply from AM Clothing I felt a valued customer, even though my order was relatively small. I got replies with relevant information promptly and this helped me have total confidence in using AM Clothing. The printed t-shirts I ordered were delivered and arrived within a week and were spot on! Great colour match and sharp, clear typography print. Looking for a one-off print job can sometimes be quite tricky and costly but AM Custom Clothing tick all the right boxes. Their website is simple to use which allows you to create bespoke designs with just a few clicks of your mouse and the product and print quality for my needs was excellent. I placed my order on the 19th June and it came in just 7 days, AM Custom Clothing would absolutely be my first choice should I need anything in the future. I also think it fantastic that they stock a wide range of Fairtrade, Organic and Ethical garments so it really shows that whatever your needs it doesn’t have to cost the earth.

I bought two different garments which arrived on time and look great! Printing is perfect and tops are nice quality.
They contacted me to help correct an error in the design I submitted early on. They kept me updated with delivery times and got it sent to me by the date I needed! Top customer service.
