Don't eat candy/sweets but have tried the juice powder sachets and can say they have plenty variety in these to try.

I wanted to try an American donut. They were fine for what it was. I've had far better but I can't fault the product or the shipping or anything else

Cereal was almost 5 months out of date and soft. I usually wouldnt bother but it was obviously quite expensive for box of cereal and was a Christmas treat. I did contact the company to make them aware but was told they are transparent about dates ( not sure why they'd sell things out of date) on their website. I saw nothing on the site to say that things might be out of date. Shipping and delivery was really quick

Excellent service, 1 parcel damaged in transit. Spoke to Jack who checked contents and got replacement sent right out. Highly recommend!

Parcel not delivered, customer service absolutely shocking.

Ordered American cereal and Pringles, delivered in a box that was squashed and ripped, looked like someone had jumped on it. Cereal was replaced and I was told that the due to ‘pressure’ during the transporting of Pringles, that, according to their T and Cs that minor dents would not result in a replacement. Despite sending pictures of the damage they refused to replace and the customer service was unhelpful, ignorant and did not follow their own T and Cs as products were not in a fit state to consume. They offered to take them back if I paid postage but had already paid for it to be delivered, so no logic in paying delivery twice for a sub par service and would expect them to cover costs. No care was taken when packing and protecting the original product, not a great experience and would not recommend
