King's Candy Avis 

Ordered Prime bottles for my son who collects them, very expensive but he loves them so thought would be worth it for the rare ones. However one arrived damaged to the front of the label. Contacted customer service and they responded:
“Unfortunately, we're a food and drink retailer and the contents (the beverage) is completely fine. It's in our t&c's that we don't compensate for cosmetic imperfections”
So be warned if you are buying as a collector, I wouldn’t!

I received my order and 5 of the cans I ordered were damaged. 3 out of the 5 were very dented. If these were in a physical store they would be reduced. I feel like the company falsely advertised them as there was no note they had imperfections or damaged and it clearly didn’t happen in transit as they were very securely packaged. I did reach out but they stated in the T&Cs that cans can have dents but mine were more than dented in multiple places. Just wanted to make others aware of what happened especially if you are buying as a gift!

Absolute scam website, order did not turn up. Company refused to reply to any correspondence. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered the Fallout bottles 4 pack and a few other items.
Arrived 2 days later, really well packaged (bottles individually bubble wrapped) all inside a sturdy box with a "Fragile" sticker on top.
Looking at some earlier reviews made me hesitant to order but the experience I had was great. Will definitely order again.

Absolute shambles of a company. Damaged packaging ( did not happen during transit as it had other packaging stuck to it from an item I didn’t even order) and are refusing to offer any form of refund or compensation because it’s their “policy”.
Avoid!!

I never received my order. I contacted royal mail and they kept telling me it had been delivered. When I asked american candy to investigate, they refused and told me they will not send a refund or replacement. I have had to raise a dispute against them to get my money back.

Do not buy from this company! I will also be reporting them.

I didnt intend on ordering from the website initially as I thought it was another I use quite regular. Then I saw the bad reviews and started to panic thinking I'd never see my items. Then the weekend passed and I got my delivery notification and the next day recieved my order! Amazing service and got everything I purchased. Only issue I had was the items were a bit too well packed so it took a while to actually get to them haha will order again!

Absolutely garbage placed an order earlier this week & it arrived all smashed up & the mountain dew pitch black was missing despite sending emails I've had no response. I will never buy from this company again & will report to trading standards you can't take my money and then not refund me. My order number is 42813. Avoid these scum bags

Recieved only 2 of the 6 products ordered after weeks of non communication got a reply to say would send replacement or refund. Nothing has been refunded or resent. Reporting to trading standards do not use very poor service.over £20 of goods which is a lot to not have or not have the items
