Everything was wonderful

Your people. The staff you have working for you are pure delight. We trust that they are well supported and compensated. They all appear to be hard working and most go out of their way to be helpful in any way. Thanks to all of them! The entire experience was fantastic!

Outstanding staff and service , namely: Tish , the contract tour guide in Providence, RI. Dallas Shipp, Cruise historian on board the Legend. . Dinning Room: Tyler, Monique, Trevor ( now an ex employee) and Jessica. Housekeeping: Madi.. 3rd deck Ledgend , Sept 24- Oct 2.Hotel Manager: Clayton and “ the one and only Juan”! P.S. I agree with Juan , Jessica would make a good Assistant Cruise Director.

Wonderful cruise, with beautiful views. The crew and staff are very hard working, efficient and provide wonderful customer service. They bend over backwards to provide their customers with a fantastic experience. Activities are very efficiently planned and educational. The on ship historian, Clive, put on one or two presentations every day. He is smart, funny and witty! Food and entertainment are excellent and food service is above and beyond!

Everything was great except the deck hands at night don't respect the people sleeping. They slam doors and walk very heavily on deck. Sounds like they are going to come through the ceiling.
Other than that all was great and 95%of the people are very friendly. Just a few aren't and I believe that is due to the newness of their positions.

The American Cruise staff is outstanding in every way! They go out of their way to help with everything. There are talks before each excursion including a historian. Those who stay on the ship have games during the day. Each evening includes musical or comedy entertainment.
The chef creates incredible meals as well, better then any other cruise we have experienced.

The food was amazing! Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, when needed. Would have been nice if some of the excursions were longer (like the Garden).

I had breakfast every morning with Izaaye, who promptly greeted me with coffee and a smile. True asset to your company.

My lunch/dinners were spent with group of new friends and Cameron. He always had a smile which sometimes included a joke. The service we received was above excellent! To keep 7 women happy/satisfied with meals is a true talent. What an asset!!!! I hope if I take another American Spirit trip, I'll run into him again. He truly made the trip exceptional!

Bus drivers, food staff, everyone was exceptional. Dome more than others. We have already booked one for next yrar.

The friendliness of all of your crew was very notable and superior to anything I’ve seen on our many other cruises. The cuisine was quite good and the service was excellent.

The shore excursions were a mixed bag. Some excellent, others less so. It was disappointing to have the West Point visit on a Monday when the museum was closed, for example.

Your speakers and the pianist were all excellent!

Relaxing, informative, wonderful cruising experience

Great meals, open bar, nice rooms , good excursions, Lewis and Clark talks very interesting. Nightly entertainment could have included being able to dance.

Being catered to away from everyday. Pleasing myself…excursions…meals…activities. Being on the water. Sitting on a deck watching the scenery, wildlife, reading, a nap…what’s not to like?

Food was great. Ship was spotless & beautiful. Crew were hard working, friendly and wonderful.

The Columbia and Snake River cruise was amazing! There were always beautiful views! The staff were great! They were always friendly, helpful, and busy helping each other to make sure everything was smooth and easy for the passengers!

Great staff; great food

Great service, fantastic food, friendly crew, good entertainment and activities. Beautiful scenery and met several great people.

The stateroom was immaculate upon arrival. Plus, I observed crew cleaning the decks and outside furniture daily so the ship was always pristine. All officers and crew were friendly, professional and respectful. Special shout-out to Captain Stewart, Mariah (cruise director) Kelsie (excursion director), and Evan Alexander for his insightful enrichment presentations.
