Having found this company on social media, initially you are apprehensive. On reaching the showroom, we were impressed on how safe and secure the building is. On arrival to the lovely showroom we were met by a very pleasant member of staff Louise, who was very welcoming and put our minds at ease. Louise took us through the process of selling our goods and was very understanding to our situation. Was not sure about going to sell my gold, but when I got to the Belfast branch they made me feel welcome and at ease. The member of staff took my bits of gold and tested it and give me back anything that was plated or not gold and give me an excellent price for my gold, the show room looked fantastic and the whole transaction was quick and very professional
