I had an amazing experience shopping with AMVR! I purchased several items, and everything was fantastic. What really stood out to me, though, was their flawless customer service. When one of my orders didn’t arrive due to an issue with the courier , they went above and beyond to help me. They quickly offered a replacement without any hassle, showing that they truly care about their customers.

Placed an order nearly 2 weeks ago and I have not received the item. No response to enquiries. What a joke of a service.

Sehr qualitativ und preiswert; keine Versandkosten bezahlt. Gut möglich, dass ich künftig hier vermehrt einkaufe. Klare Empfehlung.

I bought the AMVR FC3 face cover in June, and the product had always been fantastic since I put it on my Quest 3. The AMVR face cover feels way more comfortable compared with those of other brands I have bought. I bought other products here and they were all impressive!

I placed an order with AMVR on December 31. I was charged for the order but still haven’t received it. The issue is that I have been trying to get a hold of anyone from customer service for over a week. Their website chat bot always claims that customer support is closed and instructs to fill out a trouble ticket and someone will try to get back to you within 24 hours. I have filled out at least 4 trouble tickets. There is also a message form for customer support on their website. Every time I complete that form, requesting the tracking number for my order, the website says that the message was sent; but I have yet to hear back from them.

I recently bought a 8000mah battery pack for my quest 3, i can confirm that’s a must-have since the vr itself will last only for 1.5/2h, with this external AMVR battery you can add an additional 2 hrs!
