Amazon Publishing Pros 

DO NOT try to publish a picture book with these people. They tried to publish my 700 word illustrated book 4 times and 4 times they failed. When I called them to account, they never answered my 5 emails. Also their name makes you think they are an affiliate of Amazon but they are not.

Because I wrote an honest review they stopped working on 3 of my projects asking me to remove the reviews. That speaks a lot on the kind of leadership that drives this organization. They are very argumentative and dominant, I suggest to stay away from them.

Working with Solomon and the team at Amazon Publishing Pros to publish my book "The Unlost Words of The Only One God Ever" has been an incredible experience. As an author who has poured my heart and soul into this project for nearly a decade, I could not have asked for a better partner to finally bring my life's story into the world.

From our very first conversation, I knew Solomon and his team truly cared about understanding my vision for the book and helping me share my unique message. It felt less like working with a vendor, and more like collaborating with passionate fellow authors. Their enthusiasm was contagious and motivated me through every step of the publishing process.

They were also very accommodating with the revisions I made, including spelling and accent marks in Spanish. Initially they promised 2 blogs every month and a social media marketing pages. Signed up with them since 7 months ago. They gave me a website for the book and a very poor one too and this I had reworked myself. None of the other items have been delivered with the corrections requested. The social media blogs they gave me are extremely un original. They did give me a video.
..Meanwhile I appreciate the reaction of Walter and Steve to come back within a week after the first review and rectify some of the issues pointed out. Thanks for doing this ....

Conard Martin, my project manager, has walked me through the publication of 2 inspirational books, and 2 novels, with 1 more ready for publication. Conard was always very patient with my many questions, and odd changes I'd ask for. The team worked hard for me. At times I felt like I had to proof the proofreaders as their changes often altered the context. Once I asked for a change on a word used in a specific setting, a specific page, paragraph. They must have just used 'find and replace' as that word was changed everywhere. Things like that were frustrating. Having said that, I'm working on novel #4 and will go right back to the same team!

Amazon Publishing Pros did all the work on my audiobook and since my novel was over 830 pages, you know the audiobook was bound to require a whole lot of work.

It started off a bit shaky, and it took longer than I was told it would, but then Alysha Hudson came to the rescue to oversee the project to completion and it was a day and night difference. She did everything she told me she would do and she always made me feel that my project was a critical one for the company. It was a pleasure having her oversee the completion of my audiobook - thanks again, Alysha! Amazon Publishing Pros is so very lucky to have you!

As a new author writing a saga which includes six books in the series of Kevin Wilks magical fantasy stories. The APP team were great. Regular communications with my Project Manager Cheryl-Anne. Ways of getting the audience interested in the book series through the different promotion techniques. I have found it a great experience as i thread my way through the experience and road to becoming a known auditor around the world. Many thanks for all the help and understanding that we have together.

This is my first book to be published and was a little nervous at first about putting it out into the world. Speaking with Cheryl Ann and her encouragement and calm way of dealing with my concerns helped me to continue onto publishing it. I found all my interactions with Cheryl Ann professional and her advice on the best way to market my book were very helpful and took a pressure off me knowing I had the support of a team behind me

Thus far, I am impressed with Amazon publishing and the team they have provided to assist me in publishing my first book. I originally spoke with Matthew Evans who guided me to the best package for my needs. Matthew connected me to Cody Baker and a team of editors. Cody is quite remarkable; he showed up for work one day in the wee early hours of the morning, 3 am !!! Only someone that loves their job does this.

My book is not ready for publishing yet, but if the team continues to provide the excellent service, I will meet my December deadline.
