Amazon Publishing Pros

I am working with Liz Hales and her team and I love working with them. The communication and team work between her and her team has been great. They are bringing my vision to life with such wonderful illustrations of my children’s book as this is a 20 years dream of mine and now it is coming to fruition with Liz Hales and her great team on Amazon Publishing. I am so glad my neighbour recommended them to me and now my dream is coming true. I hope to work with Liz and her team on my next children’s book.

I would give it a 4.5 rating (if I could). The Project Manager was very attentive, which was excellent (5 star). This was my first experience publishing a novel, and I appreciated his regular communication and education. The end quality of the art/ book cover and text formatting were very professional. My only frustrations were: (1) when I pointed out a few issues and in return received a message that the issues were corrected, but when I review it not all were addressed, and (2) when I had an expectation as part of the project and found later that it was not part of the deal. All said, I wouldn't hesitate to work with Amazon Publishing Pro's again.

The team was always there to answer questions and keep me on point. Kept it simple for someone still adjusting to technology. And new to writing! Thanks so much to Solomon and the team. - Tim.

Amazon Publishing Pros led by Liz Hales and team members Chris Hunter and Murphy Scott did an incredible job of helping me bring my dream of publishing a book to fruition. From editing to helping me choose illustrations, they were there every step of the way, and I cannot say enough good things about their collaboration, support, and suggestions as we made this amazing journey together.

Guided by Grace: A Testament to Divine Collaboration

First and foremost, I'd like to extend my heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support and assistance throughout the journey of crafting my debut book especially Emma Felix who took extra time to even call and take care of the finer details. Embarking on this literary mission, I often felt like Peter stepping out onto the water, navigating the uncertainties of the publishing world.

Drawing inspiration from the Scripture, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" (Philippians 4:13), I truly felt that strength working through your team. Their expertise, patience, and guidance were like a beacon, illuminating the path in times of doubt. The wisdom and resources you provided were God-sent, making the entire process not just smoother but also spiritually enriching.

Every interaction I've had with their team has been infused with kindness, professionalism, and a genuine desire to serve - reflecting the love and teachings of Christ.

These are virtues that are invaluable, and I'm truly blessed to have had the privilege of collaborating with you.

As I reflect on our time working together, I'm reminded of Proverbs 16:3, "Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans." Your team has been a testament to this, guiding my work with grace and dedication.

I pray that God continues to bless your endeavors and that our paths continue to cross again in His perfect timing.

Warmest regards in Christ,
Kim Davis Chiarot

The Providers were very skilled with what they did in regards to publishing. However, I feel as though I was lied to to get me to publish through them. They claimed it would be only 8000 to publish. Well 20,000 later I was published I just feel that many surprise prices were tacked on that were not open about. Other than that little quibble everyone I worked with were skilled and quite pleasant.

Cheryl Ann patiently guided me through the various stages of publishing my book. We did have a few unusual technical issues - one caused by the coincidence of having an author with the same title and the same initials in his author name on Amazon! But we eventually managed to work things through. The editing process was quick and efficient, but I did find that in one or two instances new mistakes were introduced. You DO have to read through the proofs. However, I am very pleased with the outcome.

Preisleistungsverhältnis ist einfach bestens

It was the first time I was faced with publishing a book, and I didn't know where to start. In Italy, where I live, publishing houses get millions of books to evaluate, mine would have been lost in the mass of other books. By chance I came across John Hart's team at AMZ publishing. John was immediately reassuring to me, we stipulated an agreement and he kept up with everything, and for every problem intecurred he answered me at all hours, not taking into account the time zone not ideal for him.
I had Cheryl as my personal assistant, and with her we achieved the goal of making a perfect cover for my book, as I wanted it, and publishing it in amazon as I requested. I would say that if you don't know your way around, they are a great place to start.

So happy with my project manager Nila Hoffman. She has made this experience easy & effortless. With her efficient & effective skills she helped me put together the most amazing book for my son. Thank you Nila Hoffman & John Hart especially!

After writing my book I let it sit for a while because I wasn’t sure where to go to publish it .
Luckily , a friend of mine recommended Amazon publishing and I am so happy I called..
I spoke with Ryan Evans and he clearly walked me through the procedure and was there for me when I had questions.
I was also impressed with how quickly he always responded to my concerns.
I’m not the best at all this computer stuff but Ryan made it easy .
The editing was spot on and the book cover his team came up with was awesome . I never dreamt it would be so professional and eye catching.
I am very much satisfied .

I recently utilized the services of Amazon Publishing Pros to release my latest children's book titled "Bumbilini The Honeybee." Throughout the entire publishing journey, I had the pleasure of working with Antonio Lopez as my project manager. His professionalism and helpful demeanor made the experience incredibly smooth. Antonio and his team went above and beyond to ensure exceptional customer service, providing invaluable guidance and promptly addressing all of my inquiries. Thanks to their assistance, I now have a beautiful e-book, paperback, and hardback version of my book, which I am very proud of.

My experience was great because I had a team who listened to me, and was patient with me. Ryan helped me turn my thoughts into action and I am grateful to have had the help I have received.

Amazon Publishing Pros Company took an excellent care of promotion and publishing service. Isaac Levine and his team kept me informing of every stage in a very professional and pleasant way. I feel very thankful for their assistance online and by phone.

I contacted this company in January 2023 to publish my poetry book in Persian. I had already published my memoir with CreateSpace (Amazon) in 2017. I contacted this company because Amazon did not support Persian language. They assured me that they would do it and would publish my book in hard copy and eBook formats. During the last 4 months I realized that they were a group of irresponsible armatures who made a number of mistakes at my cost. In fact, they are not real publishers, they use IngramSpark company and you will be the publisher of your book, as self-published.

Everyone assigned to my team worked well together. Harvey West was my main contact, and he was a sincere joy to work with. A few times, communication between me and Amazon Publishing Pros broke down, but Harvey was there to help get things back on track. The one constructive criticism I might add would be the wish that there was more contact during the publishing process. Be that via email, Basecamp (internal messaging app), or telephone. Otherwise, as a new author, I am pleased with the outcome of my collaboration with Amazon Publishing Pros.

Too many businesses offer great features on their websites but don't offer telephone or even chat support, my recent experience with Zoom, even with a subscription. So,I was delighted to find that Amazon really stepped up to the plate. When I got hung up or didn't understand a phase of the publishing, Antonio was immediately on the phone helping me out, making the experience from PDF to publishing seamless. They were kind, courteous, but more importantly, they called immediately. No stress or frustation of sitting days without help. Antonio deserves at 5+ star. Kudos.

I made the right decision working with amazon publishing agency I recently had the pleasure of working with Emily, and I must say that she was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. From the moment I reached out to her for assistance, she displayed exceptional professionalism and a genuine willingness to assist me.

One aspect that truly stood out was Emily's ability to provide me with a very good price for the service I required. She took the time to understand my needs and budget constraints, and then worked diligently to offer me a solution that was not only affordable but also met all my requirements. Her dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction was evident from the start, and I truly appreciated her efforts in securing a favorable price for me.

The people I spoke with were very professional and patient with me. Every time I stressed out about anything they promptly addressed all my concerns. They left me with nothing to complain about : )

Amazon Publishing Pros is very responsive, positive, and encouraging.
