Amazon Publishing Pros

The process went slower than what I expected due to changes in the project manager. The people I worked with were polite and knowledgeable, but slow.

Amazon Publishing Pro Thank you for your Outstanding Service and the high quality of the product you delivered. Alex Nielsen thank you for bringing me on board and entrusting me with two Amazing Project Managers. Zara Morton, your consistent patients, encouragement, and assurance throughout this project are next to none. This was my first experience in trying to get my daughter’s book publish, I was clueless, you knew that and you promised me that I had nothing to worry about, that the book will be of excellent quality., you kept that promise thank you. Nila Hoffman, you were amazing in handling the financial and social media campaigns for the book. Thank you for encouraging me to do some sort of Advertisement with you guys.
To anyone looking for a publishing company, look no further this is where you need to be. This team is efficient and swift in communication and feedback, it was one of the many things that impress me. One piece of advice I will give is don’t rush the process and give yourself enough time, let the illustrators and editors do their magic. We are thrilled with our daughter’s book. Don’t take my word for it you can look it up “The Girl Who Conquered The Darkness” it was written by an 11-year-old. To this beautiful, creative, and brilliant team thank you very much for making a little girl's dream come true. We cannot wait to publish the second book with you. Thanks a Million.

During the Covid 19 pandemic, I saw so many spiritual needs within my family, church family, community and friends. I felt a strong urge and desire to do something to help. I wrote some Bible-related stories in an attempt to comfort, inspire, and assure them that God was with all of us with plans to prosper and not harm us. (Jeremiah 29:11). In 2 years, I had written 57 ‘devotions’. My husband, a pastor, had them put on our church’s website and was told by a few readers that they felt some of the stories were good enough to publish. I’d always wanted to write and publish a book, but I had no clue as to where to begin, as my technical and digital abilities were negligible. However, my loving husband was there and he, too, had a plan. As I walked into his office and asked what he was doing, he replied, “I just contacted a publishing company!” And, so began our journey with AMZ Pro!
My husband’s first contact was Alex Nielsen. He was very polite, professional, and so encouraging. Alex connected him with Solomon Elias, who became our dedicated project manager. Solomon was so enthusiastic and anxious to ‘get the ball rolling’!
At Solomon’s direction, we sent the manuscript. Within a few days, the formatting team sent us an encouraging note saying that the book was so “engaging” and “refreshing”, that they were actually reading, rather than skimming through it! As if they knew the original spiritual force behind the book, the formatting team said, it “made our hearts overwhelmed with the love of God”! It is hard to accurately express the joy that statement conveyed, except to say it brought both my husband and me, to tears!
Next, as if they had read the book and understood exactly what we had in mind, the designing team created a perfect and beautiful cover on their first try!
The marketing team did an excellent job with the social media content and art work. With great patience, Solomon and his team were quick to comply with any suggestions or changes.
Solomon Elias and his team were understanding and attentive, having concise suggestions and solutions when assessing our desires and needs. They made our first book an exciting experience. We would not hesitate to recommend them to others and if we ever have the opportunity to publish another book, we would ask for Solomon Elias and his team.
The book "Living Water from the Well" is a dream come true.

After I finished the writing of my book, I definitely needed help with the publishing aspect of the book. Harvey helped me with the publishing aspect and now, I am an author!!! Harvey is a mature, compassionate man who takes care of the people he is in charge of. I am SO glad he was in charge of my book. I look forward to working with him again on another book project. Thank you, Amazon, for having him employed with Amazon. Thank you to the team of proofreaders and designers. Y'all make me look good!!! I am SO glad I self-published my book with Amazon. Thank you!!!

Nila got my book published in 8 days. Great attitude and excellent customer service skills.

This is the first time I write a book and publish it.
The team and especially the project manager Helen Cooper guided me step by step very professionally and at the same time friendly. They regularly reported to me on the progress of the work, suggested the available options and then implemented my comments exactly.
For me, who has no knowledge of book promotion and publishing, and I admit that I had not taken it too seriously, this was a great help and a pleasant experience.
The only thing I personally would've liked to see happen was more critical comments from the team.
I look forward to further cooperation with them.

I was not expecting to use Amazon Publishing Pros, but my research told me that I could not hope to finish my book properly without help.
What surprised me most was the number of silly mistakes that I made and didn't even notice when checking over my own work. I am very grateful to Cheryl Ann for keeping me on track and in particular for the amazing cover picture that she provided. It was at a cost, but I could not be happier with the final product.
My only note of caution is that there are differences between English and American spellings, punctuation etc. Make sure that the wrong ones don't appear throughout your book.
My only bad experience was when my book first appeared with black and white photos. This was quickly rectified, but not before several purchases had been made.

I utilized your marketing services.
The Web Page you created is great and I have had compliments on it
I dealt with several people at AP and they all were good
I developed a good relationship with Josh and he was generous with his time and responsive to my needs
The issue of Social Media was one example

Just had to drop a line and let the world know how happy I am with AmazonPublishing Pros! This was my first book, and after spending hours researching publishers, I settled on Amazon. The whole experience was very professional. I could say that it took a little longer than I expected, but that was because they were so THOROUGH! They pretty much held me by the hand through proofreading, formatting, and setting up the book. They were a huge help, and always staying in touch with me, and making everything a great experience. I am already starting on my next book, and will be going straight to Amazon Publishing Oros when I am ready!

Zara and Harvey from Amazing Publishing Pro did a great job guiding me through in self publish my book for the first time. In spight of differences in time zones, they were providing timely progress updates and responses to all queries and adjustments whenever help was requested. They also did an amazing job with the press release of my book - Thinking into Success. Look forward to working with them again for my next book.

Amazon publishing were very helpful in launching my book Unique Memoirs of a Seaman. Special thanks to Cheryl-Ann and all involved.

Review: I have been working with Amazon Pro with Helen Cooper as my Project Manager. I fully recommend using Amazon Pro and dealing with Helen Cooper as a Project Manager. I have experienced excellent service with immediate response through email as well as through basecamp. Furthermore, Helen has always sought to secure the best deal for me through Amazon Pro. The team as a whole have done a wonderful job, always professional and I am so pleased to say that through this professionalism I have managed to publish my first book. I would not hesitate to recommend Helen and the Team at Amazon Pro and will hope to use them again for my second book. Highly recommended.

Walter, Conard and the team have done an outstanding job in working together with me to publish my next book. The basecamp we use to communicate is easy to use. Their professionalism gives me confidence in producing a quality product! Let's see if we can put together an award - winning book!

Clear communication and answered all my questions along the way! Sometimes delayed in getting back to me, but if I sent a follow up got prompt responses to that.

Stella, Ted, and Trevor thank you. I am a novice author with many doubts, fears, and hesitations. You took away the "stage fright" and presented my work to the world, away from my desk drawer, where it was hibernating for quite a while, and most likely, it would be there for another. I am grateful. And having said that, I know whom to call with the next project if I have one. Thanks again. Pat.

Cheryl Ann and her team at Amazon Publishing Pros have been amazing from the beginning. I started with them in September 2022 and my book was published and on Amazon for Christmas Day, 2022. Since then Cheryl Ann has kept in touch with ways of helping to market the book and suggestions like audio books and she never fails to keep in touch, which is so lovely as you don't feel like you have just been left to get on with it once the book has been published. They are an amazing team and I highly recommend them. I will certainly be using them again for my next book. They are so friendly and always get back to you when you need to contact them. The book looks amazing and Cheryl Ann is so lovely to work with.

Over the past many months, after I hired Amazon to publish my very first book, called MY FRIENDS MADE ME DO IT, I've working with Mike Ramos and all the editors to get my book published and for sale online. I can't thank them enough for all their support and assistance to me! To date my book sales are doing well and I'm so thankful to Amazon and Mike and the editors for making this possible!

My experience with Amazon Publishing Pros has been a positive experience. They published my first book in October 2022, and I appreciate the quality of my publication and the print-on-demand availability that allows for the convenience of continual orders.

This is my first book and the team made the publishing experience so easy and the result was great.
