As an author, I have used other publishing companies in the past. However, I have never worked with anyone as professional, dedicated, and more caring and concerned for their clients as ZARA MORTON and HARVEY WEST.
To date, I have published three novels with Amazon Publishing Pros, and admittedly none of the works submitted went smoothly in the publication process. However, the issues never resulted from problems with or caused by Amazon Publishing Pros.
Fortunately, for me, my first book was assigned to a truly dedicated professional Lead Project Manager, Zara Morton. With her guidance and direction, all the technical issues were worked out and my book was successfully published.
Since that initial publication, I have submitted two additional books for publication. I have worked closely with, both, Zara Morton and Harvey West on several technical issues pertaining to problems and questions I have encountered. Both Zara Morton and Harvey West have always taken the time to work with me and have responded quickly to my questions, concerns, and
complaints in a very professional manner.
Because of the dedicated professionalism of Zara Morton and Harvey West, I am extremely satisfied with Amazon Publishing Pros as my publishing company. I will not use any other publishing service. And I believe that Zara Morton and Harvey West should be commended and promoted for their service or, at least, given a bonus or raise in salary.

We were constantly followed in the publication process of our book. We thank the staff and in particular our manager Josh, who followed carefully the editing of the book always ready to cope with all issues promptly and effectively.

They published my book, and they had good communication, and the contract was fulfilled. The advertising was a total bust and I only made 11 book sales was not worth the investment. All the Hype. they felt that readers would really resignate with my book, well 11 of them did. Im only giving a 3 star for the hard work they did on the publishing and all, but the lack of sales and the $8000 i invested. I would not reccomend this company or use them again based on that.
