The print out picture is not value for money. I would buy from the company again but would choose the canvas print. The actual art work is lovely.

It states that they are paintings but they aren't, they are photos copied onto a piece of paper.

Tried to contact several times for my picture, say that it's with yodel so basically not their problem. Took my money and now do not care. Customer service poor.
Is this a scam?
Wouldn't mind if the communication was better but they can't even do their due diligence on delivery companies nor take responsibility for a customer that doesn't have the item they have purchased. Steer clear.

An amazing picture of my friends adorable dog. She loved it and has it hanging in her new hairdressing salon.

After ordering and eagerly awaiting my draft email to confirm I like the pic, I realised a few days later i had ordered a poster instead of canvas.

I sent an email asking if this could be changed and I would pay the difference. 2 days later I receive an email saying the poster is printed and out for post.

On questioning about the draft which I didn't receive, I was told I had been sent the email 2 days after ordering and got sent a screen shot.

The email I received was in a foreign language, I believe German, of which I don't speak or know. The title to the email had no reference to animal printed or my order number, as I assume numbers are universal, so I thought this was junk or a scam and promptly deleted it.

I replied stating it was foreign and, for this reason believe I had not been sent a draft and therefore had not agreed to the pic so it should be changed.

The reply I got back was astonishing... I was told that technology like translators are available now and I should of opened the potentially dangerous email and translated it to find out it was from them.... what a ludicrous and stupid thing to recommend or have to do to get a reply from them.

Strangely all other correspondences have been in perfect English and titled from animal printed.

I am bitterly upset with this customer support as this was a special picture of our now deceased puppy and feel this could of been handled better by themselves, seeing they had wrongly sent the draft in a different language.

If this was originally in English, as you would expect, then I would of replied stating to change it to canvas.

I sent an email asking for managing directors email to formally complain and ask for my money back but haven't heard from them for over the 48hrs they claim to reply by.

Very upset and not wanting to hang this up on our wall when it arrives and un fortunately the story behind it takes away the subject matter of the pic.

Highly recommended. So thrilled with the canvases I’ve been showing them off to everyone. I have a water colour picture and cartoon picture of my dogs from them both of which are wonderful.

Very impressed with the beautiful portrait of my beloved dog who passed a few months ago. It’s a brilliant way of replacing a busy background with a coloured painting effect of your colour choice to blend with the room colours

Communication is poor- it states you get a preview within 72 hours but that didnt happen- i emailed them twice and after a week they got back to me to say it was sent after 72 hours to my email and that it has been produced and on its way- when i challenged them and said that i have proof i have not had an email and why would they send the picture to me without my consent that it was ok they changed their tune. I then promptly had the preview sent and i said it was ok but cant really tell on a computer-they then said they would print it and send to me! So it wasn’t sent already!
Its hard to tell by a preview what it will be like when you get it but it seemed ok ish just that its the photo you send photo shopped onto a water colour type background.
I thought i would wait to get the picture.
I must say it is NOT worth the near on £60 they charge-
Its printed on poster paper ( ok i guess )
And yes its just your pets photo shopped i to the water colour not even much of an attempt to blend the edges in to make it look better i guess its worth £20 at most. This will fade too once the sun hits it so i am
Very disappointed at the actual quality .if it hadn't been rushed ( which i feel it was as i asked for the preview which it was clear they hadn't done ) it probably would have been better.
Go and get your print from somewhere else where they don't just stick your animals in top of a paint like background!
Just out if interest i put this image into a website that dies photo to canvas- it would have cost £20 to have that done where they would charge near on £80!

Beautiful portrait of my beloved Jack Daniels who I miss every day.
This is a special way to capture him and keep him fresh in my memory.
Cannot fault Animal Printed in any way, exceptional.

the company is so helpful and my picture is truly amazing the detail is fantastic i am very happy with it

Great product completed in very good time communication not always brilliant.
Asked for background colour to be changed on first proof never heard anything or had email acknowledged until next proof came through. Everything else superb
